Very disappointed with this service. It distinctly gives the impression that they are based in the UK when in actual fact they are based in China. I have no problem purchasing items from China but being landed with having to pay Duty when it was not expected is terrible. My suspicions grew as the length of time waiting for my order became greater.
I ordered two rings and although they are both really pretty pieces one was not what I had ordered at all. It's a lovely ring but not what I would have chosen personally as it's too much like an Engagement Ring and I already wear a Solitaire ring. I had chosen a very pretty Butterfly Ring for very personal reasons and I was so disappointed not to receive it.
There was no reason whatsoever that they could not have contacted me to let me know that the ring I was looking for was unavailable. It would have been nicer to have been given the opportunity to choose an alternative myself. Obviously to send this second ring back now would be madness as it would take forever to have the situation resolved.

Ordered a gorgeous ring for my fiancé she loved the ring but was the wrong size... So shipped it back to do an exchange. They told me they received it and told me to log in to pay 10 more dollars for shipping the second ring even though they have free shipping so I did... 2 weeks later still no ring no tracking info. I contacted them they said they never got my return. Not to mention the first ring their tracking number didn't work and showed up a week late and 2 days past Valentine's Day when I was going to propose. You get the service you pay for trust me... She'll out the extra 50 bucks and go buy a real gold ring at a jewelry store... These guys couldn't run a damn jack in the box mug less a international jewelry store!
Save your money! They look nothing like the picture if your lucky enough to actually get it. It was big tacky and cheap looking. Not to mention the wrong size.? I returned mine and have been fighting over 5 months now for a refund! They keep making up fake policies that don't exist on the website and lying as to why they can't give me a refund. They go on their fb page and delete the tons of negative comments, you can tell by how many comments there are as opposed to how many you can actually see. They have fake Facebook pages to comment on their own stuff, you can tell by the same people commenting over and over again. They don't return emails, don't answer the phone. And if your lucky enough to get ahold of someone they don't understand English anyways! Please save your money!
I bought this as an engagement ring and I must say, as beautiful as it looks in the picture, this ring is even more beautiful in person! I had a wonderful experience and will surely shop from Jeulia again. It's truly wonderful having such a unique ring, and my fiancée is mesmerized by it's beauty.
