I ordered my spider headlights 33 days later still no headlights. I've tried to contact them without success so I will never order from them again.
This was my first time dealing with jegs I'd purchased a 500+ dollar hood for my Chevy truck I ordered it off of Amazon wish that is where jegs It's also selling their products with a hood was dented I called jegs they said since I ordered it off of Amazon they could not do know kind of a refund A partial refund for the dents That just goes to show you what customer service is anymore The hood was very late getting here anyway and then I tried to reach them I was an hour and a half reaching customer service be careful of who you deal with
Purchase a hybrid battery off this company six months ago bought a 3 year extended warranty $1600 total,battery after six months is completed shorted out wont run car! For 2 months been trying to get a hold of customer service for replacement, left several messages got one call back and things still are nowhere! BUYER BEWAARE BAD COMPANY! Ordered a supposed to performance 4l60e trans. Well I put one in on November. Then I returned that one and put another one in January 1st. Well here it February and I'm trying to return this one. If your trying to make a purchase the agents pickup within 3 mins. If your trying to make a return it's a little over an hour. This time I was on hold for an agent for 2 hours and six minutes. And although the trans was a no go at no fault of mines I paid to had to pay to have it shipped back. I asked them about labor reimbursement they don't do that either. 750 times 3 for labor. Not to mention 12 qts of fluid times 3. Do not buy from these people. They are crooks. You'd come out better going to a local Autozone. Also if you need a transmission go to Monster and get it.
I ordered a set of tires and on the website, it said they would ship the next day. Later that day I received an email saying that the tires are on back order and would receive them for 6 weeks. I have been on hold awaiting customer service for over 1 hour, having to listen to the most obnoxious, annoying music. I tried chatting on their website and I'm number 28 in line. They must remove the link and contact info. For customer service link on the website, as they don't have any! Frustrated!
Placed an order on 2/8 at 10:30 a.m.their time. Site clearly tells you orders will go out same day if ordered before 7pm. Received a processing email on 2/9 and when I called was told it isn't being shipped until 2/13! Called customer service and was told because I ordered it on Wednesday it won't go out until Monday? Already lost 2 days on a part I needed right away. Told them to cancel my order and I'm hoping thats not another issue. Will never buy from them again.
As stated in the title, long story short, I received a defected brake caliper, contacted them, got a return label right away.
Ordered wire wheels 8 months ago each time they were ready to ship which were at least three times I I get an email saying they are still on back order and they gave me a new shipping date which never happened. Finally I called the manufacturer and the wheels I ordered through Jegs the manufacturer said they never received an order. Total waste of time and the numerous times I called customer service I was left on hold forever and sometimes the call was dropped with no resolution, these people are useless and I will never order from them again.
I ordered a set of suare port small block chevy headers. They sent me oval ports. Called them and after 45 min finally got thru to customer service. They made me pay for the return shipping to exchange for another set. When the replacement headers come in they were also oval port. Spent another 30 min. Waiting to get thru to them and told them that they sent me oval ports again and the do not match the description on their website,I sent them pictures of the headers and they confirmed that they didn't match the description so I shipped them back and a week later they issued me a partial refund shorted me $36.00 I called them back and again took 35 min to get thru and they told me I was responsible for the tax and a processing fee. Not to mention this cost me 3 weeks of time. I ordered a set from Summit racing and they were much better quality and had no fitment issues. I highly recommend do not do business with Jegs they will more than likely screw you over. I rate them at a zero but to process this review you have to select at least one star. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
I bought a TREX front grill for a 2021 jeep rubicon unlimited. I received a defective part (the grill did not cover the entire area). Received a partial refund even though their a mistake. Bad service!
There was a problem with my order. Summit had the same problem and refunded. I thought this was going to be a hassle but when I called the money had al;ready been refunded.
Ordered a Carburetor in Nov 22. The carb was not installed until January. The carb was defective and dumped fuel onto the intake. Return was initiated before the 60 day return policy was expired, Jegs charged am 104.00 for restocking a defective product. When I called to talk to them the customer service representative was very nice but wasn't allowed to correct the issue. I was told that it is Jegs policy to charge customer restock fee for defective parts. Jegs is a company with theft of their customers money set as a policy. Do not do business with Jegs
Purchased a product and called 3 times and got the run around. Employees keep saying product is in the warehouse and shipping today. Material never shipped
No one can communicate where the product is so I hopefully cancelled the product

I ordered a engine from jegs on july 16 2022 it was to be shipped on sept. 4th 2022 it is january 26th 2023
And still no engine my biggest porblem with them is it was supposed to be in stock now they say it will be shipped in march I am one mad customer 8 months is way to long do not buy from them
I ordered 3 items in March of 2022. 2 shipped and 1 got delayed 4 times. After being told it was gonna be over a year from my original purchase date I tried to work with them and go to a different item. Tech line wouldn't even take $1 dollar off the pricing even though it had already been 10 months. Even $20 off a $160 item I would have been okay with. I'll never buy from them again.
I got the runaround for 10 month kept calling same answer,you people said you were calling vender that was bull dust. Your mission statement is don't loose your place in line by canceling. Well that's a crock.Finally the person I ordered it from tech guy 10 month to the day called them he made the call for real this time because he call me back and said they discontinued that blower, 10 month they had my $4000 dollars.piss poor business,BEWARE. First and foremost, I am not "returning" or "exchanging" a product that I ordered, I'm sending back what they sent me because they sent the incorrect part. The return policy shouldn't apply here. Then, on top of that, I have to pay for their mistake by covering the shipping? Won't be doing business with them again.
I ordered two tires for my project, went to mount them and noticed they were two different size tires (labeled the same, but one tire was labeled incorrectly). Called and waited forever help, was told that it was outside fo the 60-day return window... but when I purchased their policy was still 6-months. IN OTHERWORDS THEY WERE GOING TO STICK ME WITH THE BILL FOR SENDING ME THE WRONG TIRE. Called again and got another person, and they honored the return policy. But then, even though they were the ones that sent me the wrong tire, THEY MADE ME PAY TO SHIP THE TIRE BACK.
I called to get help installing a part that had no instructions on install and they had no diagram either at Jegs but he would have the team that did call and or email me the next day. The part I ordered also came with hardware that didn't fit the item it was included with and I had to grab hardware leftover from other builds to make it work. Weeks have gone by and no call or email. The only email I have gotten is the Jegs email x 2 now wanting a review but it isn't a review if you only want the review as good, that is called promotion. If Jegs wants us to contact them to avoid the bad review then it isn't a review. I wasn't going to rate them as I typically don't like negativity and just let it ride until I got another email asking for a review. I now lately think it is negative to hide bad experiences from others that are looking to get an item which may experience the same thing. Also if you couldn't call me or email me back when you said you would, why would I write you or call again for a problem I had to figure out by trial and error and don't need help anymore? That would waste more time than this review already has. That was my experience and I bought 5 items in 2 days.
Ordered 12" measuring calipers and they arrived broken and full of metal shavings. They charge you for a discount FedEx label to return them. Worse case scenario I'm out $12. It was my first purchase from them and will be my last.
Ordered a set of rooms from Foose thru Jegs on 10/10. Cancelled on 12/29 because had not been received. Had to keep calling for status. And when I did, they would call mfg and I kept getting put off 1 month. To top it off, they charged my card on 10/10.

The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
