JEGS is GREAT! The only people I go to, forget those other guys. They have cool knowledgeable techs, and if they do mess up and send me something that doesn't work the customer service dept is super helpful and willing to make it right. Unlike those other guys who make me jump thru hoops to fix their mistakes! I've been doing business with JEGS for years and will continue to do so.

Ordered some items that were needed asap and even told them I was willing to pay extra for two day shipping. She assured me, after I gave her my address that the extra shipping fee was not necessary as it would get to me in time. She lied. When I called back to find out why I was lied to about the shipping, especially since I was willing to pay the extra money, I was left on hold by a not very bright woman named Susan. Will not buy anything from them again.

I ordered a couple parts from you for my car project. Overall it was a great experience except and item showed in stock and then you sent me an email that it was on backorder for 2 weeks. Other than that thank you for the experience.
