Paid for next day delivery. May or may not be Jegs fault (maybe FedEx screwed it up) BUT it is Jegs fault that it took 56 min on hold before I got customer service! That's pitiful. They say I will get it tomorrow now, I NEEDED IT TODAY that why I paid for next day shipping!
First buy from them, no shipment track number provided, no response from support. Would think many times before buying from them.
I ordered 2 fittings for our race car on Monday telling Jeggs I need them by Thursday. Jeggs charged $10 shipping for 2 fittings that weighed less than an ounce and shipped them in regular mail. The fittings didn't come and I went to Competition Products in Oshkosh, WI and paid $6.00 compared to the $17.95 + $10.00 shipping at Jeggs.
Ordered a part we needed on 7/27 that said "next day ship". On August 4th still hadn't received it. Jegs boasts about great customer service... ha! On hold for 55 minutes! Only to be told, the part was'back ordered'. Nice of them to let us know. Never again.
Ordered cams(800$) on the 13th of July. Two weeks and its been month. I called one time to ensure my package and the lady sounded rude when saying " we don't make those parts... competetion cams is sending them to you directly". Well WHERE THE F$(K are my cams... she also said make sure to use the tracker, which doesn't even SHOW A GOD DAM THING ON IT( assuming, because they don't ship anything as a contracted vendor). Do your self a favor and read my title again.
Ordered a plasma table delivered by fed ex ground box was thrashed missing many parts called jegs about missing parts and they fed ex express the missing parts over night Great customer service but every time you call you are on hold for over 30 minutes but I can over look that because the product was great and they take care of you when there is a problem I will buy from them again
Bought a new helmet for my kid for his racing. We paid the extra to have it on time and it actually got to us a day earlier than what they said. So they definitely are good at getting their order out the door fast. So I definitely will be ordering from them again and would recommend anybody else to use them because they definitely are a good company.
Don't bother calling them or emailing them, no one will ever answer. I spent over 1 hour on the phone and hung up due to no one answering. Also good luck finding a support email, it doesn't exist.
I ordered two items for my truck. One was 116.99 and the other part was 26.99. I received the package from fed ex. When I received the delivery I immediately noticed the box was very damaged, it was so bad it was taped up to keep the sides from completely coming apart. I opened the box to find the 116.99 item missing. I first assumes it was a fed ex problem but when I looked at the shipping label the ship weight was 10lb, the weight of the item received. The missing item weighed 7 lbs. I was charged for both items and can not get any one to answer the phone or emails. They brag about the customer service but it's the worst on line experience I have ever had.
They say they have products in stock when they're really on back order with no ETA. They'll just take your money wont respond to emails or phone calls and will ignore you. PayPal and credit card banks should black list their company from scamming other people.
Ordered a part for our son, order was held up (fault FedEx), called and talked to Leighann she helped me find the part somewhere else and got it to us in time. Had to call again because the original part was lost by FedEx and it was still pending, Chlista was awesome and helped me. The long wait and headache inducing music and repeated loud "commercials" were annoying but these ladies made it worth it. Thank you
I ordered a simple face shield that I needed for an upcoming driving event. Website showed product in stock and available to ship within 24 hours. As soon as I placed order, it showed as backordered. No way to cancel the order through the web site. Tried calling and could not get through. Two days later I got an email informing that product would ship in 3 weeks. Too late for my needs. I requested to cancel order via return email to customer service and tried to follow up with a phone call. No response to email and gave up after 40 minute hold on phone. Four weeks later I receive email statng that item is ready to ship. I reply by cancelling order via email, again and asking for a response within 24 hours. No response. I now have the item and the online return would force me to pay the shipping both ways which costs more than the value of the refund. I opened a dispute with PayPal who dismissed my claim with no explanation. Still no reponse from JEGS. Fortunately, this was not a high value purchase. I had purchased from them in the past with no issues. Something has gone terribly wrong with them. I would steer clear.
I ordered a gear linkage kit then a Hurst shifter to match. The two orders arrived very quickly. The gear linkage kits was excellent but the other box which was suppose to be a shifter was some one elses used linkages(junk). I've had one email reply asking for a photo and no replies to five emails since. I have bought items from Jegs for over twenty years without problems but this will be the last time they get any money from me.
After waiting over a month the parts I ordered finally got here and guess what, they didn't fit! Even after hours of waiting on the phone to order them with a live person to make sure that would not happen! Customer was an insult to any level of intelligence. Will not be taken by this place again!
Ordered June 26 got July 1st. Bent n both corners on hinge side and even popped a river out. To f... n lazy to check their inventory. 100% cost satisfaction BS. Your crap u responsible to take care of this your a... W/ no integrity or cojones to put people first and when we got to come back out of our pockets to send this garbage back to your dump. To get it looked over and maybe get some more crap to replace the s... U sent me. I work to hard for shi. Y people to buy your dumpster juice. U sux
As of the other reviews stated; this is a terrible company. Purchased chrome bed rails for my truck, haven't heard a word for a month. I call and get the run around. So one month and and week later finally got the bed rails... and to be a surprise; the bed rails was the wrong color and size. Now I have to return with a 15% restocking fee. Ridiculous!
People, after two months waiting for a part that never came, i got out with my money back, hallelujah, sorry for those who are still waiting for parts or money return, something happened to jegs, it wasn't like that before, there's no customer service and they are selling parts that don't have, they have good price parts but it's not worth it, if you are looking for a heart attack, order from JEEEEGGGGSS
On Monday I ordered 2 items. The site said they would ship on Thursday. The following Monday I went to the website to check the status. It said "backordered". There had been no emails from the company to indicate this, but there were a dozen spam messages.
The website offered no way to cancel the order. I called the customer service line and got busy signals 3 times. When I finally did get through, I was put on hold for almost an hour, all the while listening to an annoying prerecorded message touting "Great Customer Service".
To their credit, when I finally did reach someone, she was polite and helpful. She did cancel my order and she sent an email confirmation.
Recently purchased a Honda Civic radio through Jegs. The radio did not work properly. Emailed customer service and never received a reply. I now own an expensive boat anchor. Will not deal with this company again. Terrible customer service.
Says next day shipping. It's been 4 weeks. The part isn't due to ship for another week. The hold time is ridiculous. I will never order from here again.
Answer: Let me count the ways Because they dont send the ordered part mine was wrong my neighbor in our tract order was wrong - the shipment here to lake havasu were more than a week late - most likely because tythe phoenix hub didnt have a truck going this way. Well too bad..

Answer: They don't understand the products they sell. Parts they recommended with won't work at all, could possibly work, or might destroy your engine. They won't take responsibility if something goes wrong.
Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
