And then once they said Paul said they don't send all the parts they didn't want you to wait five or six days so they can do research why you can go get stuff from other places much cheaper there's money hungry. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from JF because this honest people and they just money hungry

Called like one or two weeks after not getting the package said it was delivered never even got it they tried to find out what happened fed ex called me apologizing and telling me to call back the company to get my refund or get a replacement got sick for a bit tried calling them back when i got better said they could do nothing about it would not ever order from this site again worst experience ever DONT ORDER FROM JEGS only site that i did not get my order from every other site ive ordered ive got my stuff except from this one and before i even told jegs about it i also sent fed ex a message saying that i never recived my package
I placed an order of 4 small things and a set of taillights. The small items arrived quickly. I ordered the taillights on 10-14. It is 12-09 today and I still have not received the taillights and finally cancelled the order. On the first call we were told the expected 10-28 arrival date was a mistake and it was actually 11-28. On the second call we were told it would be 11-30. The third call consisted of then telling us the lights had shipped out that day and would be by me soon. Today we called once again and we're told the lights never shipped out. I have had a cracked taillight for 2 months and I run a detailing business. Having a cracked, faded light on a detailing vehicle is an eyesore and I e been running the risk of a ticket. Not very happy.
Had a new Jegs motor that I had installed in my 1948 Chevy pickup fail at 1100 miles. Jegs sent a replacement motor, had it installed and the bad motor was sent back to Jegs warranty company. They were supposed to pay $50 per hr. For replacement motor install. Had to call them numerous times(usually put on hold for crazy amount of time)to check on stutus of my warranty claim. After weeks of not hearing anything, was finally able to speak with a person and was told they wouldn't honor the warranty. They claimed excessive fuel damage to 3 cylinders(my mechanic had found bad thrust bearing and busted flywheel). There was never any fuel in the crankcase at any time. Called Jegs and spoke with someone about claim denial. Was told they would look into it and get back with me. That was several weeks ago and now they won't except my calls or return messages left. Very disappointed with Jegs and would never recommend them to anyone.
These people don't even know what they're saying or doing. I had purchased headers Nov 24,2020 and it's now 9 days later with no order status. I give Jegs a call and they had told me that they've cancelled my order a day prior without letting me know or even bothering explaining why they did...
Ordered a rectangle stainless steel overflow bottle. Was shipped a round one. Complained and the girl said that the pics in the catalog are only representative and what i get may or may not look like the pics. Why would anyone shopping for their custom car not care about what it looks like, must be just me. She said she'd send a return label but two trips to town and my time would be more than the sixty bucks I paid which i'm sure they're counting on. I placed an order from jegs on August 3rd, and I have received delay after delay from jegs. However their website still shows new orders will ship from the manufacturer in about a week (a lie).
Every day, the shipping date moves by a day, but the manufacturer has told me directly it won't be shipped until December.
That's not stopping jegs from taking new orders under the false pretenses of near shipping dates..
Jegs are easily the WORST company I have ever dealt with in the States. I spent $600 and told my order would ship in 2 to 3 days, after 4 months Paypal recovered my money.
I purchased a fuel pump for my car and now it has been close to 2 weeks and still have not received it. I assumed they would be similar to Summit Racing but no so much. I will not use Jegs again because of this.
Known of jegs for many years. Placed my 1st order on Monday. Full exhaust and new carb. After ordering peeked at some reviews and got nervous after seeing a pile of negative stuff. Almost backed out but thought heck with it. Wednesday received partial of parts. Today Thurs recieved the rest. Some of the packaging was in rough shape but parts are fine. I ordered a soft top for my Jeep on 5 Oct 2020. As of 14 Oct I have received no notice of shipping. Expected delivery date, etc. I have sent 3 requests via email requesting info on the order. This is unacceptable in today's tech world. If. For instance. I had used Amazon it would have been here last week. Be aware of this company.
This place is so ridiculous I can't imagine why people shop here. I tried buying heads for my Ford 351w engine. I had to call because the info on the site is so messed up. A "technician" tried to help. I told them my application and they tried to get me to buy a head for a 300 straight six engine. Really? Well this is what the site also tried to do which is why I called. I explained that I have a v8 and that's a straight 6. Then the tech go testy with me and said the computer says it fits. I said no it doesn't. He said well fitting the right heads is too technical for most people to get which is why he has a job. Oh, cool, I guess I should bow to your infinite wisdom. Maybe some extra gasket sealer I can put a head on one side of my engine. Shaking my head and to make sure I wasn't crazy I said cool, can you tell me what gasket to use. He did much better this time and recommended one for a 460. Well it won't fit but at least it has 8 cylinder holes. Of course the head only has 6. I gave up. Don't try to buy stuff from people that only list parts with no knowledge at all. If you can't tell the difference between a v8 and a straight 6 you shouldn't sell parts. Also none of their products list enough info to make a decision yourself.
I ordered a suspension kit from Jegs in early September, said would ship within a week. 2 weeks later, no kit and shipping date pushed out another week. Called and told it would be an added week, so now we're at a month out and they tell me that's estimated. I call again and now it's pushed out another 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable and has completely thrown the timeline of my project off. I will never order from Jegs again, no matter how good a deal. Additionally, I did a review about this on their site and got an email saying it was published and live, checked and it has been removed by them. Why have a review section if you're only going to publish the good ones?
I ordered a set of springs and the website said it would ship in a few days and would take a few days in shipping. A month passed, I called Jegs, they said the manufacturer hadn't shipped them. I called the manufacturer and was told that they hadn't made that part since 2017. I got back in touch with jegs, told them what I knew and they directed me to another department to see about getting the parts from another source. Ordered them and waited a week and called jegs again and they told me that the parts are unavailable. It has taken almost 2 months for them to say they cannot get the parts. They wasted my time and I will not order anything from them ever again.

I placed an order for a complete rear axle assembly in July, it had a $250 core deposit on it, total cost was $1600+. I sent the core back 8 days after receiving the axle, and have spent the last month and a half trying to get my core deposit back. 6 separate phone calls, 1 to the axel provider, to verify they received the old axle, and 5 to Jegs. Each call has me on hold for an average of 40min. That is over 3 hrs on hold for them to tell me each time that my deposit will be returned within the next few days. Jegs is not a place I will never purchase from again for 2 reasons. (1) they act as middlemen for products that you can purchase straight for the source and (2) they still have not deposited my core return for July, it is now September and I have wasted 3 hrs on hold for them to give me the run around... JEGS is horrible!
I will never buy from jegs again i ordered a $500 Fuel pump for my truck, they sent me the entire wrong pump and it was broken in the box with no invoice or anything, they have terrible customer service they dont answer the phone i tried calling mulitiple times and they dont reply to emails so i had to pretty much eat the money and buy another one from another company so im out over $1,000 dollars on fuel pumps, go else where!
I ordered a radiator hose from JEGS that I couldn't find anywhere else. Along with it I ordered a bottle of Water Wetter because I was going to need it anyway when I replaced my hose.
Today I got the Water Wetter, no hose, and no reason why, or any invoice.
So I go online to search why. There is an invoice for the Water Wetter with about a $13 delivery fee. Nothing about my radiator hose. So I called customer service. They said my hose was not in either of their warehouse or in Gates ( the hose manufacturer) warehouses.It's on back order. They estimated time for delivery as10/3. It's August 28, and I can't find my hose listed in any gates catalog. I never received any notice of the back order ( I would have immediately cancelled), then never received notice of shipment of the WW.
So I'm screwed out of $13 shipping for something I could have bought at Autozone. Great business practice. Do you think I'll ever buy anything else from them? I'd give them no stars if they're let me
Answer: Let me count the ways Because they dont send the ordered part mine was wrong my neighbor in our tract order was wrong - the shipment here to lake havasu were more than a week late - most likely because tythe phoenix hub didnt have a truck going this way. Well too bad..

The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
