3 weeks ago I ordered header back exhaust for my truck, last Thursday I got told the parts had shipped out to me,, to nite I get told the company that is shipping the pipes won't even have them until end of April I would have liked to been told the truth when I ordered them,,, thanks for holding me up Jegs
Placed an order, 1st order for them, I got 4 out of 6 pieces, I called customer service. They was to send an return label. Did not get it 5 days, called again. They said it was send Monday. Post mark was Wednesday. I asked for product to be shipped, and pick up incorrect order. Got it in 2 days, but fed x wasn't told to pick up order. Now late, incorrect, 3 calls 37 to 49 mins. On hold to he ( I Sorry) their packages are badly protected, no packing.
I bought 4 Crager rims from Jegs, when they arrived two of the rims where bent, they told me they couldn't get another set for two months, we decided that if i could get them straighted they would pick up the cost of the repairs. It was $150 to repair these rims, Jegs sent me a $75 store credit. [not happy] they blamed fed ex for damaging during shipping.
Next purchase, A cam timing belt drive system from Speed Master. [$495] I recieved the item and it was not complete and missing pieces, we called speed master who said they had a recall on the part. I called Jegs and explained what was happening and they sent me an RMA number. I take the package to Fed ex to mail it back and got charged out of my pocket to send it back, then according to Jegs it got lost with fed ex and they didn't have it and couldn't locate it after it being in the mail for three weeks. They had a tracking number WTH? So they finally get it back after 4 weeks. I call and they tell me they are charging me a 25% restocking fee. UNACCEPTABLE... finally after a few ugly moments I got management involved and they refunded the full price. This was the most difficult/frustrating return i have ever experienced with a supposedly high end parts company. This also put my race motor over a month behind, [Not that they cared] i have bought parts from multiple race companies and never had these kind of problems. I will NEVER shop at Jegs again. I am a very reasonable person and understand business and problems that arise, but they DROPPED the ball Big time on over $1500 worth of products. Very dissapointed customer

Called JEGS and spoke with a Michael who went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. He made sure the part I needed was shipped out today and that I would get it in a day or two. Definitely recommend and I will for sure be ordering from them again.
I have had to cancel $2000 orders and tried to give them the benefit of doubt and now I'm about to cancel a $600 order. Customer service is the worst I have seen in a long time. Too many other suppliers for me to use to deal with this.
Only recieved three stars because of the fact that I paid for overnight shipping did not recieve it until 3 days later. I was told I could not recieve a refund for it because I changed my address. I was told this would be delayed anyways due to weather(which they told me after I paid the 48 dollars for overnight) so in short I paid 48 dollars for regular shipping with an address change thanks jegs. So I guess ask them how the weather is over there before you order parts
They do not go the extra mile after the sale. I bought a Holly carburetor it had a problem with the electric choke from day one. They sent me replacement part and told me don't worry it has a 1 yr warranty. I tried to get it exchanged for another one just like it. I was told it only had a 90 day warranty and it was past 90 days. I ask if they could help out that I am having to pay the labor for installation, I was told by customer service they do not help customers after warranty ends. SUMMIT RACING took the bad one back and sent me a new one and they didn't sell it originally. Now that's customer service.
I got a new fuel pump and regulator from jegs regulator was unusable an the pump worked for 15gl of 93 pump gas an they are giving me a hard time about exchanging for a working pump an regulator I will never order from jegs again worst service ever very pissed off about this you will see message from me in more thin 1 place about this either give me my money back or working parts I ordered so far jegs robbed me of my money an parts
I order 4 new tires on Jan 3rd and Jegs pays themselves from my Visa the very next day. Who does that? After a month I call them to see where my tires are at and they tell me they've been discontinued. So I ask if anyone was ever going to notify me of this and I want my money back. They put me on hold and the next guy gets on and says "so you're looking for something comparable to the Toyo's?" I say "comparable, according to who, you?" I tell him to put my $600 back on my credit card and he leaves me on hold for 10 minutes till I hang up and have to call back the following morning. What a waste of my time and money. I had to give them 1 star for how fast they paid themselves for absolutely nothing!
They don't send product on time
The Customer service is horrible. They tell you one thing and don't do it. I ordered products were supposed to be here in 3 to 5 days and now they tell me it's going to be a month out and they won't return my money. Horrible service.
I have an order placed on Jan20 and few days later was marked as shipped on the status page. On Jan 27 received email order is on back order for March. Very unreliable seller, avoid!
Derale electric fan/shroud I received was an obvious previous return from someone else (hardware bag was torn open and parts missing) that they stuck me with. Grill of fan had broken pieces and a full crack where the fan motor mounts. Also the second time they failed to give me an invoice.
Spend thousands of dollars in Parts only to be lost in transit and nobody could tell me where they were at or when they would arrive and when they did they were the wrong parts! When customer service was contacted they were extremely rude and threatened to block me when I talked back to them, Mike the supervisor was very condescending and I had to explain to him how a flexplate worked and that you can't cut the teeth off of them.
Frist and last time ever trying this place every upset and disappointed I called frist to make sure that they had the part I was ordering in stock because I didn't want to buy them then something happened and they hold your money 3-5 business days the guy I spoke to confirmed that it was in stock so I placed the prefer. 3 days later get a email saying it was discontinued now already waiting 3 days I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back I don't recommend anyone to this site

I was happy when my order showed up. The exhaust on my truck is falling off and desperately need some help.
The first box showed up on my porch with all the pipes. No hardware? I wasn't sure so I waited for the rest to show up. As to my surprise headers were good all the parts came that went with the headers. Mufflers just what I was looking for, still no hardware such as clamps and hangers.
I made a call to Jegs told them the order was incomplete. They said we will make it right. Three weeks now still no hardware. Saturday is coming up i will install my new pipes with out them. Just have to make my own hangers. Lesson might be is to find out what is being shipped in your order how many boxes and what is in each box.
I am happy to have jegs products sent to me the parts I ordered, but packing of the pipes might need some adjustment. Heavy products may need handles for the shipper easy movement.
WE have a real problem! I placed an order for over $2000 on November 24,2020. Thus far, this order has been screwed up at least three times now by this Melanie LaCount with the last one being within the last couple of days. I have been lied to with regard to delivery dates for my rear wheels and for my aluminum wire looms which were both supposed to be sent out in early December Per the conversation I had with one year service staff; I received a notice from this Melanie on 12/30/20 advising me that my aluminum wire loom delivery date is going to be pushed out until February; I requested that she cancel that particular item on the order as I would get it elsewhere (I have one expected to arrive tomorrow). She responded very shortly thereafter advising that she had canceled the order; I quickly responded asking if this meant that she also canceled my rear wheels and got no response. In looking at my order today, I noticed the rear wheels on even on the order anymore although the aluminum wire loom is still there. My guess is that she has canceled the rear wheels not refunded any money I left the damn wire looms intact. I am well beyond irritated at this point, I have called the bank and I can and likely will reverse the charges and less something is done ASAP. The next person I want to hear from is a supervisor not wanting your line staff. I absolutely DO NOT want this Melanie person to even touch my account anymore. I have tried to be patient understanding all the shipping issues around Christmas and whatnot, but this is gotten well beyond ridiculous. If I do not hear from someone by 5 o'clock tomorrow I will spend the evening making repetitive phone calls and not be willing to spend over an hour on hold and emails until I do get a response. If I still don't get a response I will be making a trip to my bank on Thursday morning. As it stands I have cleared out my entire wish list from your website as you probably lost the customer over this. So much for satisfaction absolutely guaranteed! FIX IT
Ordered parts from Jegs over a month ago. Everything was in stock ready to ship and after calling in 5x to customer service talking to numerous managers including Chris Hannah, I'm being told my parts were sold from under me due to a processing error on their part and now backordered with no eta. I noticed they have also now fraudulently edited my order date to show that my order was placed only 5 days ago. Sketchy. They will take your money with ease, good luck getting and service or answers after that! Terrible company as you can tell from other reviews, will never spend another dime with them!
I've ordered twice from Jegs. (Shouldn't it be "Jeg's"?)
Order #1 - They charged me the wrong sales tax - more than double what it should be. It is super easy to verify someone's correct tax; all you need is their address. This is the only business I know of that can't get it right. After two phone calls trying to take care of it, in which both individuals told me they couldn't fix it but knew who could, nothing has happened, and it's been more than a week.
Order #2 - I ordered a Jegs-brand automatic transmission on November 29th. The order confirmation said the estimated ship date was January 1st. With two days to go (December 29th), they send me a new estimated ship date - April 5th! The 3 people I spoke to about it weren't rude, but neither were they helpful; nobody could explain how in the space of one month the delivery date slipped four months, or why they didn't tell me sooner. Nor did they do anything at all to make it right; "sorry" is all I got. Sorry, indeed.
I've done business with their competitor, Summit Racing, for over 30 years, and Summit on their worst day is better than Jegs, based on my two experiences. There won't be a third.

Waiting six months for a refund that they are absolutely in capable of performing blaming it on everybody else but themselves, I have called at least if not more than a dozen times still to no prevail, obviously tell me they don't care. I would not buy or recommend doing business with this company. I was told I would be called back multiple times, and most of those times I was not called back. And this was over a damaged part
Answer: Let me count the ways Because they dont send the ordered part mine was wrong my neighbor in our tract order was wrong - the shipment here to lake havasu were more than a week late - most likely because tythe phoenix hub didnt have a truck going this way. Well too bad..

Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
