I bought a set of 60" side pipes for my van which were delivered in a timely manner to my address in Australia! However components were missing!
When speaking to a representative on messenger as I am on the other side of the world I asked if those parts could be pulled from a different length set as they are the same part code, they said they were not and would not help. Upon showing them evidence that the parts are interchangeable they said they would pull on parts and send them but have not said when.
I have been waiting over a month and still have no correspondence or idea when or if I will see these parts,
Now it appears they have have blocked me on messenger, do not return emails or answer phone calls so have no way of knowing what's going on and looks likely will have to purchase these items through Summit and pay additional freight to Australia again, what was supposed to be a $600 exercise is now looking like costing me over a $1000
Will never use this company again and would recommend buyers stay away from these shocks, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

Numerous times I've ordered a product and it usually says ships by—- date which is usually a couple days after the date I ordered. They take money out of my account and next thing I see is the item is back ordered for 3 months. Saying it will ship but after you order and pay you get an email it is back ordered. Bad business practice
I ordered an almost $600 exhaust for my car and its been over 3 weeks with absolutely no contact being made to me as to where my part is. I've tried every single way possible to get in touch with a representative and the phone lines don't work and I've yet to receive an email back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT! I was ordering headlights and it said they would ship May 3. In the confirmation email it said it would ship June 30. So, I emailed them called them and chatted to let them know I wanted to cancel that order because it wasn't shipping when they told me. 4 days go by and the order still was not canceled. So, every day I would chat with them to see if it had been canceled and finally on the 7th day they cancelled it. I waited 4 more days and checked my bank still no refund. I tried chatting with them and chat wasnt available. I tried calling and every number would just ring with no automated system picking up. Called the store itself and it gave a busy signal. Called the corporate number and got a fast busy signal. That went on for 3 days. Finally my refund went in my bank account but still was never able to get ahold of anyone and talk to them so I dont know if they shut down or what.
Spent $300 on a jack which was to be used to remove my transmission. 4 day shipping was indicated. 10 days have passed, and no item. Tried calling company from three states, Indiana, Florida, and New Jersey.
Their phone system is shut off.
Maybe they are filing for bankruptcy.

Purchased a set of drag radials on 3/15/21. It's now 4/30/21. Can't make any contact with customer service over the phone or online. They will sure take your money but good luck on a part or refund. They get 0 stars
Told me my bad review of their product wouldn't be put up on their website because it didn't meet, "Website guidelines." The one part I have received did not come complete and was missing multiple pieces. Still waiting for another much more expensive piece with no anticipated date of delivery. I tried calling them dozens of times with no answer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this criminal site.
I placed an on-line order with JEGS.com two days ago, they processed the payment and the order remains pending. No telephone numbers are being answered and email to customer service fails to deliver; have they gone out of business? I placed order for instock headers over a week ago and still have not even received shipping info. Still says processing. Ive tryed to call for 3 days phone just rings once hangsup, Ive tryed to email 20 times always a failure theyre website wont send email thru. Cant get ahold of anyone this is ridiculous.
I bought about $600 worth of Auto parts one of the parts was an intake it came to me damaged. I shipped it back the next day and have never heard a thing about a new one being shipped to me or if they received it. Call their phone number at least six times never got an answer. Emailed three four times the email website is down and won't let you email. There is no way to contact jigs their phone line doesn't work and their email won't accept emails very disappointed

Radiator support was dented. Chrome on air vent bezels was chipped. Ordered a rotating assembly said would ship in 24 hrs, i paid 2k
And then it says 3 months to deliver. I ordered inner fender well passenger side came scraped and dented. I order another inner fender well

When i called the lady on the phone, told me, O-well its your problem...! Are you Kidding me? $#*!TY Customer service!

On December 4 2020 I purchased products from their website, prior to the order their site showed that they had four of the items I was interested in purchasing in stock. I need only two so I proceeded with the order. After committing to the order I checked the website and it now showed two in stock so it looked like the two I ordered were committed to me. Soon after the order I received an invoice saying paid in full and the status as shipped, all was good so I thought. About 3 weeks after the order was placed I received an email that it would be mid February before the items could be shipped as they were on back order? How could that be if they were shipped already as per the invoice? So I started sending emails to the customer service department inquiring what was going on and getting no response I started with the phone calls. Many many calls later and literally hours on hold I finally talked to a human and they gave me an update. The update was they had no Idea when I would see my products, gee thanks for great information guys! Since that call I have again sent many unanswered emails and again have spent hours again on hold waiting for someone to answer but have yet to make contact. It is now been four and a half months they have had $1200 of my money and I have nothing in return and cant even make contact with some one to get my money back. This is a case of FALSE advertising and borderline THEFT, they advertised they had products when they didn't and took money for them and are not responding when asked for information. I will never purchase anything from these crooks again and would advise others to do the same. I have to say this is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in purchasing anything in my life! STAY AWAY!
Parts look up gave me wrong part number. I had to return at my expense. Processing order took forever. Never again!
I ordered a set of pushrods and on the website, it said they would ship the within 24 hours. Later that day I received an email saying that the pushrods are on back order and would receive them for 6 weeks. I have been on hold awaiting customer service for almost 1 hour, having to listen to the horrible obnoxious, annoying music, tryed to cancel the order online, For foreign customer it is not possible to make a online return. I did give up.

Order some running boards for my truck already waited almost 2 1/2 wks nothing showed up now its 03/30/21 called them and FedEx they just gave me the run around lie after lie but they got $366 dollars and they mad at me because i dont want running boards after waiting and the lies. I'm happy i didnt spend anymore money and the guy was trying to get me to buy something else. Dont never order from this place i will never give them my money ever again i should have looked at the reviews first before i delt with this company i just want my money back. I order 2 set of running boards from 2 different companies i received my order on time and when they said it would be here it was here. Here are the other running boards i order on the 19th came from the same area i received them on friday.As you can see i haven't put them on my truck but since. I dont want the running boards from Jegs i will send them back and would like a refund.
Ordered by customer service rep a standard clutch for our 60s 327 chevy. Shipping delivery changed 2 times, but that's life. Upon arrival turns out the part number was for the 11 inch not the standard 10.5, multiple phone calls to correct, Mcleod factory confirms the 11 inch is NOT standard, but the 10.5 is, so ordered the corrected one, upon attempting to get the RMA for wrong return, they would not pay shipping return, and would not provide a RMA, so left with the clutch, absolutely ridiculous, but no problem for me, as of the 17 cars i own this was my last order, JEGS provided no options to correct the problem, no possible solution, nothing, just "we're sorry"... summit, and lopers we will be buying from you in the future of our fleet of performance cars.
PS, this was the second such issue the first was on a set of spark plug wires, where again the wrong ones were sent, and return processing poor at best. I get I am only one of many ordering, but this "one" person is now going elsewhere for parts.

Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
