I ordered a trailer hitch and it was shipped via Fed Ex. According to Fed Ex it was on the truck and going to be delivered every day for a week. Can't get any help from anyone. If Jegs uses Fed Ex and they suck this bad, then apparently Jegs isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. I won't buy from them again.
I bought two intake manifolds for my 1996-2002 Chevy 5.7 Vortec brand new engines, both intakes let water get threw them into the oil in the engines, I contacted JEDS and they refused to warranty them al tho there is a year warranty on them and I only had them for three months, water got in the engines the very first time the engines were ran. We thought it may be the gaskets so we installed a better gasket than what came with intakes and they still leaked. Save your money and go with a company that will warranty their products like Edelbrock, Their intakes are made in the USA, not China and are a lot better quality.
Jegs has the worst customer service on the planet. They don't answer there phones or emails. I made a mistake ordering from them and had canceled my order. A month and a half later and I still have not received my refund of $563.78. Stay away from this company. I recommend Speedway motors or Summit Racing
I got the shipping info for a 7500$ international order. The FedEx link supplied turned out to contain an invalid tracking number. Two days after forecasted delivery date, I wrote an Email. No response. Support only works vie telephone or FAX!, welcome to the 80s.

The only thing Jegs does fast is take your money and never never never order anything not in stock, don't try to cancel a back order because you get pushed to the bottom of the pile and any b/o that has come in go to the next person in line and you have to wait again. Don't bother trying to phone anyone and i am pretty the people on the chat line are in live in India.
Summit may cost a bit more but at least they know a bit more about customer service. Rock auto is awesome for the basic stuff.
I had the worst online purchasing experience ever dealing with this company! Even though I purchased through PayPal, they still wanted my personal information, and even when I verified it over a conference call with my bank, they still gave me a hard time and wouldn't release my order to PayPal. Then, after I complained, they sent the authorization through anyway and held over $5,000 of my money up for more than one week before finally releasing it! I think the reps there are going rogue and they are trying to get as much information as possible from an online purchaser in order to commit fraud and steal money from your account at a later date. After I tried to escalate it to a higher persona in their company, I received no follow-up from a supervisor or manager so apparently, this type of behavior is normal and condoned. The reviews on their website have obviously been written by their own people or are not really authentic. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and spread the word to your friends and anyone purchasing parts for their automobile.
I have only ordered two items from Jegs and both orders were received as if the packages had been through an all out war! Luckily the first item only had paint chips and it was an act of God that no parts were missing or damaged! The second item came with the package also looking like it barely made it through a nuclear explosion! This item unfortunately has about 1/3 of the parts missing wich made the item useless! I am extremely disappointed and pissed off with Jegs!
I cannot stress this enough about how horrible this company has done business. I live in Uvalde Texas and I ordered a rear differential for my Ram pickup truck. I paid roughly $1,800, a week later still no differential or refund. Tracking my package has been the most difficult obstacle in this process. Mind you, I'm a Transmission Powerline Lineman and I've done and been through a lot. With that being said, I've been on the phone with them multiple times in the past 4 days. My order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday Friday May 28 and it's already Saturday and still nothing. I've contacted them again after not being able to track anything with the faulty tracking number and they said my package was in San Antonio Texas, About 86 miles from me and that it's been out for delivery twice in 24 hours. That's all I've gotten since. No package and a dumbfound explanation about my package. I don't like how they are coming at me with a (it's more of your problem not ours) attitude. As a future potentially big customer I refuse to ever shop or recommend Jegs again. DO NOT BUY FROM JEGS. You will be very disappointed and may lose your investments.
I Ordered a transmission April 10 2021. Made the order online, website didn't say back order or anything of that nature. After some time had passed I spoke to several reps regarding the status ( I have names & dates) I received the back order runaround. Mean while on there website showed 1 in stock yet I'm still waiting. Finally I had to deal with supervisor on May 27 2021 to my transmission. He emailed New confirmation & hopefully I receive it soon. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
Order a gasket from them. Paid -have copy of invoice and draft from our bank account. Item was supposed to have been here within a week. Month #2 no part, no refund, and a constant run around when we call or email. "You reached the wrong dept. We don't deal with that" Common sense and good customer service would transfer you to someone who does!
Ordered headlights in March and didn't get them until 2 months later and customer support didn't help and barely answered. I've worked on my cars for awhile and they had what I needed but looks like I'm gonna look harder to avoid them. Just a heads up
I have to say that James over at JEGS definitely took care of me and made things right. I received all but two of the items in my order on Sunday. Three days after placing the order! That is fast! The other two items are on backorder with a mid-June ship/delivery date right now. The quality of the items I have received is excellent and I look forward to receiving the other two items as soon as they are available. If the first customer service representative I contacted about this would have responded the way James did, there never would have been a negative review. There would have been a positive review and I would give them five stars! Thank you James, your efforts will keep me coming back.
I have been on the JEGS email list for some time. Yesterday I received an email from JEGS regarding a 3 day sale. Scrolling through the email I found a bunch of stuff I wanted. Put it all in my cart and went to check out and the total in my cart doubled. Just about everything I had doubled in price when I compared it to the prices in the email JEGS sent me. I contacted customer service and was told there was an error and they were not going to honor the prices. The picture I've attached is a portion of the email I received. You would think if they sent out an email that had incorrect prices in it that they would have followed up with another email stating that the first one was sent out in error. I mean things happen, but to just ignore it and then not honor it when asked about it, that is just poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from JEGS again because of this. Glad I was paying attention when I hit the check out button. I wonder how many people were not paying attention and just got charged twice what they thought they were going to be charged.

James F. Reached out after this review was posted apologizing for this experience and offered to make it right. You can see his reply below the review. I pulled together the prices, as best I could remember, from the items I had in my cart, and with the exception of one item, he matched the prices. I was good with the price he quoted me on the one item he couldn't match since I was going off memory on the prices of all the items I had in my cart. His willingness to reach out immediately, his offer to make it right, and his willingness to use this a training opportunity so others don't have to go through this, will keep me coming back to JEGS in the future. I will follow up again once I receive my order and will adjust my overall rating accordingly. Thank you James for making this right!
Website says available when I orders jack stands in early March. Waiting weeks for shipment or an order update. Then it updates eventually and says they will ship April 15th. Then they never ship, I get no update, check order status and nothing. Now May 17th I can email that says they will ship October 7th. I look on their website and it says "more than 10 available" also, on their amazon page is says "available". These people have a horrible business ethic. I'm waiting to have this order cancelled if they will ever get back to me.
I wish I had checked the reviews before using these people! I get it why they get the rating they do. Their people sell you the wrong parts and / or don't know what they are doing and as a company they do not stand behind their mistakes! It will be Summit for me from now on!
Ordered a big block crank pulley it's been over a month keep getting lied to that it's going to be delivered and it never shows up cost me a lot of money and headache seems like every time I ordered through jegs they lose or misplace my stuff or it gets delivered to the wrong house I'll never buy through jegs as long as I live oh and I forgot FedEx sucks too all a bunch of liars

I purchased a side pipe exhaust kit to go on my Corvette. They sent me a used part. I returned it and learned they have an "inspection" of all returns to make sure they are not damaged and contain all parts. Well the replacement I was sent was also a used part. With stretched in the paint and heat damage just like the first one. I returned it and finally got my money back after a 6 week battle with customer service. Apparently the inspection part was not that thoroughly done as I go two used parts in a row. If I could give a zero star rating I would.
Ordered a vacuum modulator on Tue May 4th. Supposed to be here May 10th according to Jegs. Now looked at Fedex and they say delivery May 14th! TEN DAYS. The freight was just about as much as the product.

Ive never been so mad. A 2nd transmission install and its mothers day. Your products are junk and your customer service is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never buying from them again and hope you dont either. They wont pay for labor, extra parts, fluid, nothing... The scum of auto parts. Im pretty sure they sent me a reman trans and I paid for new... Awful awful awful.
Ordered a complete brake kit (front, back with calipers). Received 2 partial shipments and still have not received calipers, but have been invoiced for entire order. Their customer service reps are incompetent and have no idea what is going on. Save yourself a lot of anguish and buy your parts elsewhere.
Note- their website advertises 80% Customer satisfaction... if my Business generated only 80% positive Customer satisfaction I would fall on the sword. Nothing less than 95% is acceptable. If 1 out of 5 customers are p. O.'d I would be ashamed to advertise that statistic. Take it as a warning. The odds are good (1 outta 5) that you will not be happy.

The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
