We ordered a press for our business and it ended up taking over 3 weeks to get to our shop.
The box was in horrible shape so we already knew something was going to be wrong. The press had already been used and there are scratches all over it. Someone also left a part off of another car in the box. None of the bolts were included either. Very upset about all of this. I will never buy anything from this company again.
What company hangs the phone up when you are trying to get through? Over and over it hangs up until on average 10 or more times you try it will then put you in a que. If thats not bad enough you wait for 20 minutes or more on every occasion while the annoying JEEEEGGGGSS scream drives you out of your mind. They are by far the worst company to buy parts from, tell you the parts are coming, in stock or give you dates that are
Incorrect just to the your money and make you wait. Call the distributor if you want to know when a part is going to drop ship or be in stock at jegs before you listen to their lies.
I ordered corner lights for my Chevy pickup May 15th 2020 and have only received a Processing Email from them indicating my order will be ready for tracking in 24 hours. It's been almost a month and no confirmation on my package being sent to me. I have tried calling several times and no one answers. I feel like I have been ripped off by a company I could trust and with no more options I only ask Jegs.com to Email me and tell me if my lights are ever going to come.
Ordered 2 tires, they sent 2 different sizes called Customer Service on hold for 50 min. Supposed to send correct one didn't get, called back on hold for 1 hr & 15 min then handed off to someones voice mail, still no contact. They have gone to the gutter.
I purchased a radio and they said it would be unlocked and that it would fit my car, it did not only not fit my card but the radio was locked. I called them and was on the phone for 20 minutes and then hung up on me! I would never go to them again for my car needs!

Ordered a set of headlights on 5/9/2020, jegs said they would arrive on 5/15/2020. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my order, a response to one of my emails or an answer to my phone calls. I spent an hour on hold twice after multiple emails that were not answered. My headlights are damaged and I can't use my truck until the headlights are repaired. Had I known it would take this long I would have ordered through a different supplier. I will never shop at JEGGSSS again because they are garbage.
I order tail lights for my car and i very have yet to receive them but an email says it was delivered which is total bull@#%* I have been waiting two months to get my lights that 208 buck down the drain and they do not answer there phone. This is the LAST time I will order from this stupid company and I need my money back but there is no way for me to get I guess

The supervisor, Eric was very ignorant and was very disrespectful when I asked him why my canceled order had been shipped and arrived at my house. Instead of fixing their end of the mistake, they want me to ship it back to them and the shipping costs itself is what the fuel tank is worth itself. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM JEGS AGAIN!
I ordered a part for my car & jegs was absolutely terrible. They wouldn't send it out because I used my husbands card with my name on the package. They have terrible service. They were very rude. 1/10 would not recommend.
Ordered some parts they were all wrong when they sent me the order confirmation hours later so ASAP I called them been 5 days they will not return my money they were rude and didn't try to help me at all *******% customer service I'll post this anywhere I can hope u double check your stuff before u hang up the phone with them! I ordered $2000 worth of product and tracked it except when it said fedex delivered it they didn't, I live on a property with a locked gate and they said fedex left it on porch. But no packages anywhere! Anyone want to tell me how the $#*! they got on my front porch when my gate was locked and now they won't return my money nor send me a new one. Do not shop with this company

There parts are of excellent quality, they ship fastly and their customer service is absolutely amazing! It's so nice to call and have a real person answer who speaks fluent English it's a rarity these days I have shopped through this company for a long time now and every time I'm happy with the results thanks jegs :)
As I'm leaving my review, I see my issue is not original. I was allowed to order a product that I thought was in stock to find out Monday that it was back-ordered with no ETA. That is poor customer service. I like the pricing of the wheels but will be skeptical of ordering anything else that I would need within the upcoming week.
The rep was very polite and told me I would get an email with my refund confirmation which I requested. I will update in the speed of the refund.

Chrome alternator peeling 5months old was told they would send me another one to send old one back in new box waited a week and a half still no new alternator called then was told i have to send the old one back first before they send me the new one or i could buy another one now my car has to sit while i wait for all the parts exchanges what a big inconvenience probly the last time i buy anything from jegs back to summit racing.
Answer: Let me count the ways Because they dont send the ordered part mine was wrong my neighbor in our tract order was wrong - the shipment here to lake havasu were more than a week late - most likely because tythe phoenix hub didnt have a truck going this way. Well too bad..

Answer: I actually didn't have any issues with getting a representative on the phone either time I called them. It was the 1 hour+ wait time on hold that was extremely aggravating for the exchange. The 2nd time I called, I was helped very quickly, and the 2nd representative was way more professional and polite, compared to the man and woman I dealt with on the first call... please hold... please hold... please hold...
Answer: Good luck asking for an "expert" from JEGs. Also enjoy the "Help is right around the corner" message repeating itself while you wait on "hold". Almost like their phone system doesn't go anywhere when you ask for customer service.
