Wow! Just read all of the feedback. I was not aware. I am shocked as I have been trying no end to contact Choxi re my back order since July 19,2016.
I guess Im not getting my money back, I have asked to cancel and no response and they are not even picking up the phone. Please advise as to any updates so that us the customer who have been purchasing from this company for years are able to take further action to get our money back. Thank you.
I also have credit that supposed to get. What happen to this website? It used to be No more rack, the changed to Choxi. Now what happen? How do I get my credit back? I used to get good deals from Choxi.
I have a refund coming of $57.00 and have been trying to reach this company with no luck. What is our recourse to this kind of business that takes peoples money and then disappears in the night?...? I think everyone of us on here posting our complaints, should sign a petition and get a court order to make this company return money to their customers that have been scammed out of it! Who agrees with me?!
How can I get my money back? I bought something in April and I sent in an email and they said they changed their distrubitors and everythingf should be back to normal in a few months well, I havre tried to write back to them, no word. Nothing, I spent close to 32$ That money could have been used for christmas, wth?

I always had good luck with Choxi but noticed recently I wasn't getting emails from them any longer. Have they gone out of business? I can't seem to connect to their website either.
I order in May 2016 and received credits because order was not shipped. I reorder in May because I was satified with the company because of my previuos orders. To this day I still do not have my order. Was told that it was still going to be shipped it is now 12-5-16 called to check the status of my order i cannot reach anyone on the phone and the website is down
Have not received the whole order was told several times it was sent October4th still nothing and now i can't even get to the site. I want my money back
I have been trying for almost two months to receive a missing item from my order. Numerous e-mails have brought no response whatsoever. Please note, these were not nasty e-mails. The e-mails were just asking for help in obtaining the missing item. The phone number on the packing slip automatically disconnects you when you place a call.
Prior to this issue, they were unable to ship an item I paid for so they issued a site credit instead of a full refund. For the past two weeks, their site has been down. So, now I am out money from one order, as well as, the missing item from another order.
I'd give NO STARS Cannot understand how some are raving about Choxie. I placed an order 10/23. And have not been able to check on it at all. Website unavailable. Phone # redirects to no-more rack message then disconnects. Email links are dead ends..
Have been having trouble with getting any items from them for months. Finally issued a credit and can't use it due to the Website down now for weeks. Nomorerack was awesome but whoever took this over is failing miserably.
I have bought clothes from Choxi.com many times and will continue. The quality of the clothes is excellent. My first order was a pair of a Salmon color Leggings with a black band and buttons. I absolutely love them, so I bought 3 more pairs. Also bought a Bathing Suit. LOVE IT Also, if you don't like what you buy, just return no questions asked.
I too, have been a customer for many years under nomorerack and now choxi. Placed orders recently (October) and wanted to check status - site is down i. E non-existent. Very sad - I used to buy many things through them.
I have credit with this damn company about $100.00! And about 10 items I'm waiting on! I was ordering Christmas presents. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME But I think they closed down the company. Choxi hasn't paid some employees even. And the reason they don't have a lot of merchandise is because Choxi hasn't paid them either! So the companies STOPPED sending their STUFF! I've been trying to log on Choxi's site for days and it's not been online. WHY!
SAD! I ordered a purse in June 2016, months go by and they tell me it's not available anymore, and issue a store credit. So I use it like a DUMMY! And here we are November 3rd and I received one of my items still waiting on 2 more items. Dear LORD, it will be 2018 before they ever get me my other items! VERY FRUSTRATING! Sad, because ever since they changed over it's a JOKE!
I have been buying from this site since it was No More Rack, it used to be great. Now i wait months only to not receive my order and have issues with receiving the correct credit.
I ordered 2 things over 4 months ago. I finally received 1 item a few weeks ago and when I've tried to contact Choxi about the status of the other item I received no reply. Then I tried contacting them about receiving a refund - surprise, still no response. They have ignored my numerous attempts to resolve this. You will lose your money just as I have. Stay away.

I read on Better Business Bureau they are not paying their vendors. CANCEL YOUR ORDERS NOW- before its too late, and they are out of business!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
