Jclub is no more, but they're still defiantly posting fake reviews about themselves. They've got to have the last word in their relentless quest to brutally steal and rip off American suckers.

Stay away

Yes stay away! It doesn't get any worse than this. I really don't think that the company actually exists anymore. When it was Nomorerack it was awesome. Now that it is Choxi, nothing that I have ordered has ever been shipped. Now they will not refund my money... will only provide an online refund. So my Choxi account has a refund but it can't be used since the products are just not available. Communication with customer service... well now they won't respond to my requests at all.

Buyer Beware

As with many of the other reviewers here, I did a great deal of business with them when they were Nomorerack. Great deals. Great customer service. Fast shipping. I placed 4 orders after the change to Choxi. One order was cancelled by them as no longer in stock, even though the item was still available for purchase on the site, and they were still accepting orders for it. It took over 8 weeks from order date and 2 weeks from cancellation by them to get my refund. 2 orders I cancelled after waiting almost 3 months for the product. Took another month to get my refund. I did receive one of the 4 orders, a ring, after waiting 10 weeks. First time I wore it, one of the stones fell out. No one answered my emails, and of course you can't reach them by phone. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest everyone else avoid them like the plague. Absolutely horrible company.

You guys suck. I never get my orders EVER! I have also decided never to try another order. I never receive them. They make you wait over a month or more for the vendors to deliver and then you wait some more to get your money refunded. Choxi wants you to take a credit instead. I like others had no problems when it was NOMORERACK, but not since. I have had multiple orders never filled and had to decide they are no longer worth my time and energy to deal with them. I looked for them to fade away with this type of service. I have reported them to BBB. Have heard they are not paying their Vendors.

Never get the items

I always had good luck with Nomorack but the last three items I ordered from Choxi have never come. Customer service has been good about canceling my orders after six week waits but I still would have liked the items. I will not order from them again.

Choxi SUCKS!

I wish I would have read the reviews... I placed an order late July, it is now the second week of September, still no order. You call, they never answer, the recording says they are closed. Customer service has yet to respond to my request to cancel the order. I too ordered before when it was NoMoreRack, and they were great. Choxi SUCKS! It's a scam, I tried to check on my order and they couldn't tell me anything when I was actually able to reach the live chat. I'm just thankful that I didn't order more stuff from them. (and this site makes you put at least one star to rate them!) They are worth a negative 10 stars!

When you have an issue and try to contact them, the phone number *******798 is never answered and tells you that the office is closed every time you call. You try to contact them by email and receive a confirmation but they never respond. I have waited on a response for over 6 weeks. Based on this experience I will never use this site again.

Scam Company Now

I use to order from the old name "nomorerack" all the time with no problems at all. Ever since they changed to Choxi, I have had nothing but problems. I waited two months for my order and when I emailed and called, they said its in process. After 3 months I called and told her to cancel my order which she did. I have now been waiting three months for my 80 dollar refund. I emailed many times with no response and when I call, they say that it will soon.
It doesn't take 3 months to get a refund and as far as I am concerned, they have taken my money. So warning, don't order from these guys and spread the word to warn others. So unexpectable!

After about 7 months and numerous calls to defunct Choxi and my credit card company, I finally got a refund for the two bottles of perfume that we're never delivered. I fear no one else will be getting refunds. Choxi has dissolved in bankruptcy and assets taken over by a "new" business--jClub.com-- They have already sent me ads but their website makes great pains to say they will NOT assume any old debts from Choxi

Stay Away!

I ordered a cell phone case for my son's I phone and was told it would take 10-14 business days. Well it's been almost 8 weeks and no product yet they took my money. I complained numerous times and in the beginning they emailed me and told me my order was processing but the last few weeks when I demanded a refund they have ignored me. The customer service #'s they have are also phony. They revert back to the previous company when it was called nomorerack and then disconnect you. This company is bad news!

I have ordered in the past, no problem, I have placed two recent orders over a month old... have not received items. I have emailed Called and tried to chat on the site. They took my money and I cant get what I paid for... LOOK OUT! Save your hard earned $$$$$$

I placed a order on 7/21/16. I received only one of my items. I have reached out 3 times about this. To this date 9-5-16, I haven't gotten a response or refund. It only took seconds to get my money. So when I didn't get what I paid for, I really didn't expect them to ignore me. Do yourself a favor don't worry about ordering from them take your money elsewhere. Not worth the one star I gave them. Have to put at least one for the review, to submit.

I should not have ordered 3-4 times from them as choxi. They were great as nomorerack, but now they 1.) don't send you items (I waited over a month), 2.) buy time by giving you store credit that doesn't actually result in you getting items, 3.) eventually fail to respond to your missives. I was hopeful because they were awesome as nomorerack, but now... don't buy from them unless you want to send your money into a black hole. I read the reviews posted earlier and filed a dispute today. What a waste of grad school student time and money :/

Horrible customer service

I place an order on 7/24. My credit card was charged immediately in the amount of 114.00. I have not received my order almost six weeks later and the site shows I can't cancel it. I have sent them 6 emails through their customer service site. No response, despite their claims of a 24 hour response. I will never order from them again. Update... I received a full refund from them today.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I am livid and have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as The Federal Trade Commission. I placed an order a month ago and never received it. You call Customer Service during normal business hours and they are closed. No response from emails sent, etc... The CEO of that site belongs behind BARS!

Ordered a mattress pad last spring. Months went by and finally called and customer service to find out where my order was. Oh, I'm told it is no longer available from this vendor. How about an email folks! Gave me a credit which I used for a facial cleanser... it's going on six weeks and still no delivery. They also try to lure you in wth huge "credits", but it is only good with certain suppliers and never for the full amount.
