I have ordered a lot from this site over the years. Each time has been great! They have lots of name brand products and items that I can not find anywhere else- all at discounted prices. If I have an issue with my order after I receive it, they always make it right with no questions asked! Love them! Recommended to you family and friends.

I've HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH CHOXI. THAT'S WHY I KEEP ORDERING. THE ONLY PROBLEM I EVER HAD WAS ONE HOODED SWEATER I DID NOT GET. CHOXI SAID IT WAS TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT CARD BUT I DID NOT SEE WHERE THAT WAS DONE.

The shopping experience was exceleent. My only observation was I had no notification of when to expect it to arrive.
Less than 2 months after purchasing a diamond ring from Choxi the diamond stones started falling out of the setting. I informed customer service who cited policy that after 30 days there is no return or exchange. Customer service also would not give the manufactures contact information to allow me to pursue an exchange on my on efforts. So now I am stuck with a diamond ring that has failed to perform its intended function and a fiance that is disappointed with the whole experience.
Shame on you Choxi. You could have at least thought outside of your policies and granted a one time courtesy and allowed an exchange or even replaced the ring at your cost.

Please rest assured that we are actively looking into this concern for you. Your ticket has been placed on hold status to allow us to more easily track escalated issues in an effort to provide you with the best possible service. Typically, we expect feedback from our manufacturing partners within three business days. We kindly ask you to allow a few more business days for an update. We appreciate your continued patience as we await feedback from our partners regarding your order. As of this writing 02-19-2016 - This is the only response I got from Choxi concerning the delivery date. - Expected Delivery: N/A - It's been nearly 3 weeks from the day I ordered this item and paid for it upfront. No further response from customer service yet.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
