I have not received the item I ordered, however my credit card has been charged by Choxi. I have emailed and asked where is the item and no one responses! I got screwed.
I have made probably 30 purchases from Choxi and have not had even 1 problem. I have been doing early Christmas shopping and find that Choxi is one of the most dependable of the shops and sites that I purchase from.
Prices seem good and all my orders have been delivered.
First time ordering from this site no problem at all. The quality of the product is great. Will order from this site again.
Difficult to return products. They ignore repeated request for returns then say the time frame for returns has expired.
I love shopping on Choxi but what I dont like is that a lot of products are repeated three four times in the list. Plus they claim to add 200 products daily but all i see is the same products and a hand full of new ones.
Have bought several things from Choxi lately and have been very pleased with all of them: massage socks, socks you wear to clean your floor, cold cream, etc.
I ordered 2 products together. I received bra extenders but not the 2 pair sweat pants. I clicked on customer service to advise and have still not received the sweat pants.
It has been taken care of.
Ordered the teapot & the post office never delivered it. But the gave me a refund. We're good
Choxi is a great website for name brand items at a low price.
I was very pleased to see a great sale on a Dell computer pkg. That I ordered back in Last of Dec., I made a mishap when putting in my address with one on the numbers. I live in a housing complex with duplex, my # is 403 but I put 402 so my pkg. Was delivered by FedEx across the street to a neighbor whom I did not know. After talking with FedEx, many times this was discovered, when the person at that address was confronted about the pkg. She said she never received a pkg. From FedEx. After getting a police report, and talking with Choxi many times about this problem I was able to get the money back on my stolen item. So for this reason, I am very pleased with Choxi's customer care.
I have been using Choxi for over a year now and love it. I had an issue with one of the products I ordered and it was taken care of fast. I remained a customer and always refer others to this great site.
My items didnt ship for a couple weeks and I had to send emails to get all my stuff shipped... one item wasnt shipped at all... said distributer couldnt send it... not sure why but they are crediting my acct... the people who helped me with shipping problems were very helpul. I just think shipping should happen within a day or two of the order.
The delivery of the dash cams I ordered was difficult at best. You should take a closer look at the company who provides this product. It appears they have a problem with their shipping. The other items I ordered arrived on/about the projected delivery date. Thank you!
I love shopping on Choxi. At one time every thing was going wonderful. I was receiving my items on time with no problems. The last 3 orders had items missing, wrong colors and liquid spilled in the package. I'm still waiting to hear from someone to let me know about the spilled item. I was told I would hear something in 3 days. It's been 5 days now.
Like I said I love shopping with Choxi I would just like to get my orders with no problems with them.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
