Great customer service. I sent jClub an email asking them to help me fix something that I had done wrong when ordering and I received an answer/solution/fix within a few minutes (high 5 to Adam!). I have never had that kind of customer service from a on-line business. I appreciate the quick response and will certainly continue to do business with them. I feel they stand behind their promise to give great customer service. Thank you jClub.
Ordered an item that never arrived and was given a credit. Never was able to use the credit. Their customer service people were horrible. What a joke they went bankrupt.
I made a purchase and got 20% off my first order. I received it in 6 days. 1 week later I received a free gift thanking me for my first order. Nice surprise!
If you want your items, order same place else., I made an order in June 2016, I didn't get the order, I never received a credit on my credit card.

I ordered three silver bracelets which never arrived. After numerous emails and phone calls, I was finally given a credit for them. I then ordered jewelry which also never arrived. I am through with Choxi. I didn't even request a refund because I'm done with the frustration of contacting you and I don't want to place another order through you! I will never order again. You definitely made money on me!

I waited 8 weeks for a shower speaker. It never came. Normally I got my orders within a week. So I emailed Choxi. They told me to be patient. We emailed back n forth & they finally gave me a credit to my account. A CREDIT?! I paid by charge card, refund my card. I waited & thought, maybe I will order something. But I couldn't figure out how to apply or even find my credit. Now I'm out the money since they are no longer online! Unreal!
Wouldn't give me money back after waiting 4-5 months said will give store credit which I never got $150.00 for gold necklace and and other items around $250.00 Thats alot of money for nothing...
They own me $82. In refunds on ordered I never received. Gave me only $21. In credit but can't use on a cite that's no more and bank won't refund sucks

I had a credit of $42 for an order that I made back in July 2016. I have not received my money or my order. I email them and nothing, no phone number. Now I see that they have an app, I don't think I will be installing it.

Called in September to check on the status. I was told one of the orders wasn't available anymore so received a refund back to my card. I was told the other two would ship but still haven't received it. I just saw a screenshot of my order while going through my pictures and decided to check on status and the site is gone. Wtf?

I placed an order back in May 16,2016. I was trying to get rid of the credit that had. I ordered 2 for 1 comforter set and the head to the electric toothbrush. One on the comforter bags ripped never received the head to the toothbrush. I've been sending emails no response. I also had to put $ 4.20 to the order.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
