I have a problem some order being shipped late or not at all. Your customer service is great at handlIng them and have received my money back whend the products are not delivered. The only disappointment I have with company is that I have call them to alert them of vendors not shipping items I have ordered. There has be away for choxi to communicate with the vendors to ensure items paid for are delivered and if they are out of stock I expect choxi to call/send an email to notify me that I not be receiving thay particular item. Its disappointing and fraudulent.

I thoroughly examine the information on the products that are listed on the site. The information is pretty accurate and you do get what you pay for. Lately I have had problems in receiving some items and have to contact Cust Serv to find out what happened.
I have received most of my order and it is, as always, wonderful. I'm impressed by the value and glad to be able to have pretty jewelry without breaking the budget.
I placed an order on 2/26/16, and I have not received all of it or heard from Choxi about my inquiries. This is the second time in a row I have had shipping problems. I have been very satisfied with the products I've ordered--I just wish I had all of them!

The earrings are beautiful--I had ordered 2 pair multicolored and one clear pair. I received 3 pair multicolored. I thought it would be more expensive to return one pair so I just kept the all 3. Everything considered I was happy with my order.
Still no return slip for the 1.5 Ring I bought from them. So I will ship it back to them at my expense. They have good deals and prices but when jewelry should be in A + condition an its not, then they should make good of it, not make a customer wait 30 days.
1st we bought a tablet that lased a month before batteries failed to charge. I was given half back on store credit. I then bought a Bluetooth speaker. After 2 weeks that was cancelled: out of stock! Next I bought another brand speaker that was delivered with $4.26 postage due. Another store credit. Another Orei speaker!
The good news:
I got 2 $60 Orei Bluetooth speakers for $27/ ea with $10 off a $30 purchase codes from email. Fantastic product!

Product was just as described... however, I was somewhat disappointed in the shipping (10 days). Wasn't aware of their policy until after I placed the order.
Otherwise, it was a positive transaction.
On one of my latest orders there was one item I never received instead of notifying me I had to look into it to find that the company it was coming from could not fulfill the order. Why didn't Choxi let me know, I had been waiting forever. At least the refund was forthcoming. Hopefully there won't be a next time.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
