I enjoy the opportunity of no shipping which makes me chose this site over others. Also, the $10 gifts to my account make me shop more. Lol All the items I have received have been what I expected.
Ordered on the 5 th its been 11 days still says its processing, even thought they say 10-14-days it should be in the mail not still processing and its not like you can call and find out what is happening. I used to really like the site, shipping from china is almost fastyer than this.
Item is exactly as shown and described. I ordered it for my 5 year old grandson's birthday. He absolutely loves it.

Choxi does a good job on customer service would give a five star rating if items would arrive faster I understand the two dollar flat rate shipping but should arrive quicker

Have been using the website and buying from them over a year and have only had to return 1 thing and customer service was excellent.
I ordered several items from Choxi. I thought they would all arrive in the same package, but they didn't. Still, it was like little surprises as they arrived individually in remarkably fast delivery times. I would order from this company again when I find item(s) I want.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
