First off never received 2 of the items I ordered. Then I recieved a shirt that I really liked, The top part fit perfect and the bottom, tore the first time I put it on because the bottom was not the same size as the shirt, I thew the item out and then they said were since you thew it away, we will give you a 5.00 credit, where is not the cost of the item.
The website offers good products at a reduced value leaving the customer happy and satisfied. While the shipping timeframes vary pending the product, they are pretty good at sending notifications on when the item(s) are sent.

I ordered 2 items and only received one of them and have been emailing customer service for the past 3 weeks just trying to get the ordered item.
I recently ordered Bearpaw boots and was very pleased that my shipment arrived in a timely manner and loved the boots. The only things was the memory foam footbed was not very good but I did order up on my size so I am going to add my own footbed insert.
The 1800 6 piece sheet set is wonderful! They're soft and wash well. The color choices are great.
I found that the purchases I made were all delivered in a timely manner; I was informed and updated where they were in process; and the items were as accurately described.

Even though my beanie hats were out of stock and my purchase still went through, Choxi were quick to put it right in the nicest possible way thanks to Jen from Customer Service.
Sometimes the orders can take days and weeks. The length of the pants are sometimes short and others are so long they hang 2-3 inches under my feet. So for the price if i need to hem them they are not worth the price
Not every product is a winner, and sometimes shipping takes a while, but my overall experience keeps me coming back.

I recently returned two items. While I would have preferred a monetary refund instead of credit to my account, I used it hopefully choosing items that will be satisfactory upon arrival. But I know I can return them if not.
Products not shipped in timely fashion. When I asked for a refund a month later I was told if I changed my mind about my purchase I had two hours to do so. I am still waiting for items purchased that they refuse to refund and have no tracking information for them which your supposed to get within 7 days of your purchase. This site is horrible. Will never shop with them again. Don't recommend to anyone!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
