The only complaint I hve is that I still have'nt received all of my orders. I'm still missing items from the first order and items from the last order. Could some one please send me the last of my merchandise.

The quality of the DAWGS was excellent for the price. I found the site to be easily navigated. I liked my first 2 pair so much I ordered 2 more pair, so comfortable

Order was placed 2/2/16, shipped on 2/11/16, received on 2/25/16. That's 3 weeks. Way too long.
Fast delivery, good communication, love the bag - its roomy and stays on my shoulder, great color... cant beat the price! Win-win-win!
Although free shipping was advertised, I was charged shipping :(. When only part of the order arrived, and I emailed about the remaining item, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the shipper to send the item. When that time had passed, and I emailed again, I was told that the matter was being investigated, and I could get a refund if I didn't wish to wait :(. On the positive side, the leggings I did receive are GREAT :).
I purchased two things on 2/7/16 - a Buxton wallet and a women's satchel (purse). I received the wallet, but I'm still waiting to receive the satchel. It seems to take a long time to receive my order.
It could be better because the battery cover doesn't fit on it properly. The cover keeps falling off because it will not close back right. Does the paper on the battery stay on or take it off before installing it? The cover will not close properly. It's not working right.
Fast shipping. Description on site was wrong for 2 of the items was wrong but 90@ of my dealings with Choxi have been great with no issues.
Choxi is a great site to do all of my shopping, Fantastic deals, Awesome people. The complaints from me is about the company that choxi sends all orders to for items to be delivered. I'm still waiting for item that hasn't arrived at my address. Item was paid for, on March 6th it will be a month and still probably won't have item. Choxi has been very apologetic on their behalf, That's customer service we all need. Its the other Company I have a problem with.

I was looking for items for a couple of homeless shelters and found watches, winter scarves, and hats at an incrediblely cheap price. The items were good quality and a great value.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
