I'm still waiting for part of my order, it's been over 2 weeks since I ordered. Quality of the push-up bras can only be described as trashy.
Most times I am notified in reasonable time of issues I my have with purchases. The customer service Dept is ready to assist in any issues you my have in a timely manner. It does become annoying when I'm looking at offers and I click on something I might want to purchase but when I try to go back to offer it returns back to beginning or on items that are not next to items I was looking at before going to discription of item

The customer service got right back to me, they also did a follow up the next day, it doesn't get better than that!
I ordered a total of 4 of the kitchen mats, 2 for gifts and 2 for me; only 2 were shipped although the packing slip listed 4. There was no explaination. It took the better part of a week to get a response when I questioned Choxi. The supplier could no longer provide the mats. I have yet to receive my money back. I also ordered and paid for a purse. I received a notice it had been shipped but then I could not track it after pickup. Once again I notified customer service; they replied more quickly this time but again said the supplier was unable to fill this order and I am now waiting for my $45.00 refund. I am terribly disappointd with Choxi and told them to email me no further. If I had not been proactive, they wopuld have gladly kept my money with no remorse. I am still waiting for my refund so that may still be the case.

I havent exsperienced any problems with customer service thier allways polite and professional i do have an issue with a 12 piece bedding set i ordered it was missing two pillow cases and even though it looks fantastic the material is less sturdy then it looks i went to make the bed and this comforter has some stitching on it that looks like it was done by another sorce and if your not carefull when you make the bed your finger goes right thru the material and it does it no matter how gently you touch it i marked it up as being irregular quality and will either not order anymore bedding or check out what the material is before i buy another one the only reason i didnt return it is im handicapped i dont drive so its incredibly difficult for me to get somewhere to send it back it was a queen size 12 piece set but i only recieved 10 pieces i went back and double checked my original order and it was for the 12 piece one other then that issue i would still buy products from your company because the tablets i bought were great.
I was very dissatisfied with the product that I received. When inquiring what to do in order to return it I was told I would only get a credit of half the amount which amounted to seven dollars. For me it wasn't worth it to return it so I decided to keep it and just give it to somebody else to use. As it turned out after I took a customer survey The company contacted me again and I only lost three dollars in this transaction so I will continue shopping with this company because they did come through with a reasonable refund.
I have ordered two 6 piece sheet sets and I am absolutely satisfied with both of them. I will be ordering another soon.
I ordered detox supplies and finally, after a couple of weeks, Choxi notified me that their supplier did not have the product available.
While shopping your site picking out a few things then going to checkout I was surprised at how much more my total was than I expected it to be. So not being able to delete my order just had to leave it and let it time out. You have many nice things on you site and I spent lots of time looking but was really disappointed when seeing my total price. I feel sure I will not be shopping with you'll again

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
