On 2 separate occassions, my orders were 4 weeks out from Choxi charging my credit card at the time order was placed. I had to email Choxi to see why I hadn't received my order only to be told that the items were not available. Then I was told I would be refunded the charge to my credit card. I guess if I hadn't contacted Choxi it wouldn't have been addressed.
It has been a pleasure ordering products from the Choix website. It is easy and the products are at a great price and are good quality products.

I ordered a size 8 and rec'd a size 9, so not sure why unless they ran out of size 8. I think I can wear them however.

Supplier took 2 weeks+ to decide whether Bell & Howell pest control devices were being shipped or available. Choxi Zen desk intervened to fulfill order?

I have bought several things from Choxi and they are what you see on the site. When there was a problem with the item I sent them a e-mail and got a response from them. They have improved on this part of their service and the items that they offer is growing and the price is always great!
I ordered 3 items from you on Feb 2. I received 1 of them on Feb 16 and another on Feb 19 the 3rd never came. I waited 3 weeks to even know if the items were going to be coming or not. I feel there should be some way to track this better. I contacted customer service about my item and 1 week later I got a response saying it was being looked into. Now 1 month later I have heard that the item is not available and I will be issued a full refund, which will take another week to 10 days. I understand you offer goods from a 3rd party but there seems to be an issue in followup on issues in a timely manner. In today's world of 2 day free shipping from almost everyone it is hard to order from a company when I don't even know if I will get my products for a month. I have had other positive experiences with your company but this is the last one and it does leave a bad taste.
I have been buying a lot. I get great deals and low cost shipping.
Recently my last orders were 30 days late. I still have one order to come. I have used the tracking system before and it was spot on.The last of my (late orders) still hasn't arrived and tracking wont work.it says error all the time.
In the past everything was (to me) perfect.

I shop here quite frequently. I like the variety of products and the great prices. Customer service is ok. They respond to your concerns rather quickly. Most products seem to ship out in a timely manner.
I ordered the "Cold Weather Tunics" and was surprised that first of all, they were very thin; NOT for upstate NY weather, and secondly, each tunic had a different neck line. I ordered the same tunic but in two different colors. One was correct (mock cowl neck) while the other had a different neck line all together. My first time ordering this product, I received a shirt that was no where near what I ordered. I returned it to only receive a credit which I used to re-order two more hoping they would be correct.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
