I am a long time Choxi (Off The Rack) shopper and the Prices are Great,
And I know that just about everything comes from China,
What does't? I love the VIP $10.00 off on my orders and find myself shopping a lot with them.
I have had to return a couple things and they are Great with "RETURNS"
I did a lot of Christmas Shopping at Choxi and I feel that I saved Money.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Choxi. Best thing about their company? THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! They're really what keeps me coming back...!

Some minor glitches but overall I'm happy. I like that they answered my emails and followed up. I've ordered many times and would again.
I have bought several items from Choxi and have had great experiences with all. Their products are affordable, shipping is cheap, and they are quick. They also have a wide variety of items.
Placed an order on February 3rd. Approximately 3 weeks later after doing an inquiry I came to found out the order was not available for shipment. Oddly enough I ordered the exact same item on the same day and it arrived in a timely manner.
Shipping varies. It's slow takes two to three weeks to ship out then like a week to get. Ordered something on the 4th didn't get until the 26th
I've made several purchases with Choxi and for the most part, I'm satisfied. I had a return problem once, but they made it right and I was pleased. It's a website where I go when there's a purchase I need to make but ONLY if I don't need it soon. The timeframe from purchase to delivery is somewhat erratic. For example, I purchased a duvet cover on February 12th, my credit card was charged and I still don't have the cover. Soon winter will be over and there's no indication that it's been shipped as yet. I won't need it soon. It was a mistake on my part for buying from Choxi as Amazon delivers in two days with my Prime account! Other than that, I like Choxi's prices and $2 shipping. (I liked the previous shipping rate of $0 after 12 noon). I don't like to pay shipping!
There must be a reason. I suppose because they are super priced, and things get shipped quickly. Never a lost item. (Just an aside--I liked the name nomorerack better. Eye-catching and cute.)
Everything I have ordered from Choxi have been great quality and price. It is so easy to order from Choxi. Love the discounts...
It's easy to use and the products usually get to you in a reasonable time.

I have to say, my experience shopping with Choxi have not been great. I had to deal with not receiving items for a long-long time, having the items canceled by your manufacturing partner and not either of you notify me. I had to be the one instigating the email and the search to you many times. So yes, I have NOT been very satisfied with Choxi.
Choxi is an excellent business experience. Great items with wonderful prices!

Love the prices, but often they ship outside the 14 business days they advertise. Good customer service.
I have become convinced that clothing advertised at "Plus Sized" and as being available in 1X, 2X, 3X, etc., is really only one size. The size designation is never on the garment itself, always on a detachable tag or on the packaging. And I have received several items that were nowhere close to the size indicated: a size 3X dress that may have been an XL, if you're lucky, and several pairs of leggings that were simply billed as "Plus Size" but were more like a Juniors Medium. I will not be ordering any more clothing from Choxi.
Had a problem getting a item that I had paid for and sent a message to Choxi and the team jumped on my problem immediately and solved my problem! I really appreciate a company that responds to you. In my book that GREAT SERVICE!
No problems. Only one was I had to send it to my daughter in new York and she had to send it to me in Pennsylvania. I have a po box and address and it didint show up for some strange reason. Wont dead with again.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
