I did not receive all my order and notified the company that 2 items were not received. They checked, found out the manufacturer could not provide them and issued a credit. But I had been allowed a discount on my order and they did not refund the correct amount of money. Meanwhile, the manufacturer shipped the missing items and Choxi said I would need to return them. But in the midst of all this mess, I discovered I had been over charged when I ordered. They owed me about the same amount as the items I needed to return, but did not want to return. So I finally got a human to call me. I was able to explain the situation to him, he contacted accounting, got the issue cleared up so that I could keep the items and they would keep the refund I was due for the overcharge. I am completely happy with this now. I got my merchandise, they got their money and we are all satisfied with the outcome. Anyone can make a mistake. This one was corrected to my satisfaction, and promptly, once I was able to reach a human.
Great prices and shipping, but for some of the lightning deals, there's a reason why they are only $2. You get what you pay for.
Have very good experience with Choxi. No hassles, quick response, good prices and products. About all you can ask for in an online web site. Their discount offer for customers is a good incentive to shop.
I returned a bedroom coverlet and sheet set and was disappointed that I was unable to get a refund, only a credit, Recently I ordered two items and one came a couple of weeks ago and I have heard nothing about the other item. Now I will have to go back to Choxi to find out about the status of the item since I did not get any updates on the status.
Not sure what it is bought so much some things ive been happy with othters did not work 2 pressure cooker air cleaner watch others i dont rember track suits said large was small i understand its the vender that is the fault you i think are the in between
Of all the purchases I have made only one was a problem and I needed to return it, the watches. I was not aware that I was going to return them and would need all of the packaging, etc. That made it very difficult to return them within the 30 day period and then, they gave me an extra 15 days which I thought was very generous.
However, my grandson had misplaced the charger that came with his and I wasn't able to get them shipped back within the 45 day period.
When shopping on CHOXI you have to be care with what you purchase. I have purchased 4 things in the past several months with 50/50 results. One item was the wrong thing, 1 has a sewing flaw, 1 was fine, and 1 was great.
I've been happy with all items purchased. Will definitely continue to shop Choxi!

I like the experience but it just takes to long to get items that are ordered. I got some towels about a week and a half a ago and still have not received them.

Items were sold out and I was still charged for them so they immediately refunded me my money.

I am dissatisfied due to the fact that the contracted manufacturer confirmed my order, stated it was being processed for shipping and after spending a week trying to find out where it was, I was told that the manufacturing partner was unable to reship this order. I was credited my full amount however now I can't order this time at all. I was really looking forward to this item and now I have to find another one.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
