It is always easy to shop with Choxi and customer service is very customer friendly. I have bought a couple of items that were not as good as described and I wish Choxi would check their merchandise out before they sell them. I have had health issues and haven't been able to return items that didn't work as described so I am disappointed in the quality of some of their products.

Very satisfied with my order, the pet exercise playpen is much larger and well built than what I expected. Order was shipped right away and arrived quickly.

Don't waste your Time and Money! Poor Quality and most of the time Item NEVER arrive! Comes from China, get Lost or Never Shipped! Choxi give you run around! Cheap Quality and Prices are not any better than in Stores! Waste of your Time & Money!
The necklace was a Valentine's gift for my daughter & came on time. I was pleased with the quality & the email updates on my purrchase. The tracking information was available in a timely manner & I was able to track my package right away!

We have not received the order. We are suppose to get something tomorrow. I ordered the dachshund pillows in the past but you did not have them. My money was returned. After a couple of weeks you still had the dachshund pillows on your site so I ordered them again. I am still waiting. We love these pillows and don't mind waiting.
I have been a Nomorerack customer for a long time and never ever had any difficulty. When the name change- which could have been a coincidence- the quality of items is good, time for delivery is horrible and having issues with their vendors may or may not be worth the trouble to save a buck.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
