I had a recent order that could not be filled, which I found disappointing. But otherwise, my experience has been very positive.
I ordered a few items, including a desktop surge protector. Not only was the shipping fast [mere days between order and delivery], but the items are great as well.
I LOVE the surge protector, by the way. It took me a few minutes to work out how to use it [there are two power buttons for the outlets, one for the USB ports]. And what a great deal!
Didn't expect the Credit given for my complaint on a product that I purchased!

I ordered towels from their website based solely on reviews. The reviews people left were positive and highly recommended. When I received my products, they were cheap and needless to say, I was very disappointed. I searched all over their website to leave a review for it, but I couldn't find anywhere to do so. I finally contacted customer service and was told that to leave a review, I just need to reply to my order email... seriously. I told them that they can hand pick which review to post on their products and it's not the honest way to do it. I will not go through them again.
I have enjoyed shopping with Choxi the quality and prices are great, I get things for my family and me...
I really like the compression socks that I bought from Choxi; they have helped my leg pain significantly! The ordering process was easy, the price was good and they were delivered in a fairly reasonable time.
The only thing standing in the way of a 5 Star rating is shipping time. It just takes too long. Otherwise, merchandise selection and customer service rock!

Every time I have made a purchase from this company I have had great results. Even when I once received a defective item I was completely amazed at the customer service. I was able to talk to someone immediately and I could understand them. They gave detailed instructions to send it back at NO cost!

This is our 3rd straight year of shopping online with Choxi. Aside from a couple of sold out items, which they reimbursed promptly everything has be great.

Everything I have purchased has arrived quickly, been of good quality, and has been advertised for a really good price. Choxi sends lots of $10 off deals and offers free shipping quite often too. I have been very pleased with my purchases and I love the guarantee which is a valuable plus!

After complaning about receiving the wrong product, customer service quickly, issued return postage, and couple days after I maild back the product they sent me e-mail notice, that my purchase price was refunded to my credit card.

I bought furniture protectors from Choxi. According to the picture it says two pack! I only received one. They were rude and were ok to just let me go as a customer. Fine by me Amazon is way better and customer friendly.
First: the web site (that I use frequently) was acting flakey and I accidently ordered two units instead of one. I immediately asked to receive only one, but two came. I worked over several days trying to set it up, but nothing I did made the unit work. I finally said I wanted to return them for credit. They asked over and over again about what my experience was and asked me to repeat it several times. Finally they sent me return authorizations with labels. I packed the stuff up and delivered it to the post office. They kept telling me it hadn't arrived. I kept making trips and calls to the post office to try to track it. But is seemed to be in never-never land. Just last week, the item appeared in my mail box with "return to sender vacant unable to forward return to sender."
My life has been very confusing this week, with a couple of big decisions, and I haven't initiated another frustrating contact with Choxi.
AND THAT IS WHERE THINGS STAND. I WOULD STILL LIKE CREDIT FOR THOSE TWO TABLETS!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
