I get several items from this site and every experience has been so great. Quick delivery times, quality products, and wonderful customer service when I had to check on an item. Will continue to purchase from this site.
I ordered 3 item.
I had ordered a 10" tablet computer, and after waiting 3 weeks I still hadn't received it or was informed why. I sent an email, and received a response the next day. The tablet was no longer available... even though it was offered for sale the same day I sent the email. Hmmmmm.
The other two items I ordered where delivered much faster than I thought they would be.
The experience has been good. Most products met my expectation.

Very Disappointed... I am still waiting from Shipping send it to me. It already four Weeks. LATE! I still have NOT received it yet. I called Customer Service two times. They says it will be delivery very soon. Still waiting.:-(
I was pleased with my order. It can on time, I think it cam before the time stated.
The jewelry is not long lasting. The stones fall out after a few days and it's not like I'm wearing the jewelry roughly.

I loved the earrings I ordered- sad I couldn't get the hot brush. Got a very fast refund with no hassles and customer service was great.
The eye make up was the wrong shade & the ear rings were smaller then they look. Plus they are a soft silver. They bent as I put them in. The pet bowl was great! Loved that. The stuff was delivered in 3 shipments. Guess I will try them again though.
It's always fun to get packages in the mail and your low cost items makes it a lot of fun! It's like going to the dollar store and finding a good score plus you save on gas. Thanks for letting me brighten up my mailbox

Your company allows me to purchase items without straining my budget. Your products are equal /better than local products which carries a higher price tag.
The socks, bike lights, and everything I ordered was not only a value, but was very nice.
I have to be careful not to explore Choxi very often because I Always find something great to buy, at a price that is well within my budget... I Love Choxi!

I was upset the slippers were not the right color and then stretched out so that don't even fit me any more! Plus they were making me trip and I'm 64 and can not withstand a fall!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
