I've found a lot of great bargains with Choxi. The shipping cost is reasonable, and, usually my order is delivered quickly. Occasionally, I've come across products that are described as "available in extended sizes," but, after clicking on the picture, it turns out that they're only available in XS to XL. And, once, I was unable to order a t-shirt that I wanted because the pulldown menu for "color" didn't have any choices to select.
I had an order that wasn't shipped after quite awhile. I emailed and received a response within 20 minutes. They were very helpful and said they would expedite it. Well then it wasn't able to be fulfilled by the seller and they notified me and gave me a refund. Very pleased with customer service.
I'd never heard of Choxi, saw I became intrigued when seeing the site tagged on Facebook. I looked into the site, saw some of their products and associated prices and thought "these have got to be seconds or reconditioned products". On further look, I saw nothing indicating that these great, name brand, current & POPULAR items were anything other than new, so I purchased 2 items. My order arrived 4 days later (fast shipping/low shipping charges), and I was more than pleasantly surprised. Both items were better than expected, and I happened to research one of my items a bit more (after I had it in hand)... found out the regular MSRP was 71% more than what I paid at Choxi! Now, I might be a bargain hunter, but I won't settle for low quality, slow shipping or poor service. I encountered none of this with Choxi... quite to the contrary. I highly recommend Choxi... this might become your new "go-to" shopping website... it is mine!

I contacted support at the end of January about a product I had purchased and the answer I received was that I was going to be sent another portion of the product (the ad showed that there was 2 bottles of this hair product and it appeared that the box had been tampered with as it was all bent and smashed when I received it. Also, there was only one bottle of the hair product inside). I was told that I would be sent another bottle and that has been more than a month ago and I have not received anything nor have I heard anything else from the support. This is not good business in my eyes. If someone tells you they are going to do something, then that is what you do. Those are my standards for myself and that is what I expect from others, esp a business.
So far everything I have ordered has come in a timely manner. All items were as advertised. I had one issue where there was one set that was not shipped though it said it was. It talk one phone call and within 48 hours it was resolved and the item shipped. They have very good customer service.
The items I ordered were exactly what was pictured. The price was great and the shipping fast. I will be buying from choxi again. Thanks!

Ordered 3 items - only one appeared with a notice of shipping. Other items were "no information on delivery". One was an iffy health supplement that i was happy to just cancel and get a refund. Yet, when i realized that the refund was being processed, i got an email from the supplier that the shipment was en route - same with the other item... so, all things ordered WERE received and are FINE - but the original communication was "iffy". I guess i understand the various vendors premise under which Choxi does biz but i'd rather know that an item is "pending" vs. "delivery information unknown"... especiallly when i'm billed the FULL amount at the time of "place order" vs. "when shipped".
I have been very pleased with everything I have ordered. Wish the shipping was faster but at the tremendous low prices, I really can not complain.
When I have had to return an item, I am always impressed with the helpful customer service team. Fast, friendly and always clear and helpful.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
