The quality of their products are getting worse. I have almost stopped shopping on this site.
Ordered a yellow tote with a discount. I received it very quickly and carry it everyday.
Feb 10,2016, I placed order ******* which included Stalwart Perfect Marker Level Aid. I placed a request for status Feb. 27.2016 and have not heard anything yet.
Right now my experience is a little shakey
Order arrived in time frame promised and product was good quality for a reasonable price
I liked everything I ordered but there was one item I really wanted to get for my boyfriend and they never shipped it and then I got an e-mail that I would not be receiving the item but I will get a refund for what I paid
I placed my order on February 6,2016, and thought I would get some response from Choxi, such as your order was received or your order is being processed. I kept checking my email to make sure the order had been received and when I might expect it to ship. After about a week and a half or maybe two weeks I sent an email inquiring about the order. A few days later part of the order was delivered; and I got an email saying "your order was delivered", with no mention of the item that was not shipped. I sent another email to inquire about the other item I had ordered. Choxi had no tracking information on the ordered item, I ended up cancelling the order. I still don't know what went wrong, or why I did not get everything I ordered. I am still checking my account to make sure they put the money back in my account.
Ordered several items for my daughter. She received all of them fairly quick.
I have loved everything I've bought from Choxi. Even bought items for gifts. The quality is excellent and the price can't be beat.

I've ordered from this site before when it was called "nomorerack," I believe... It would be even MORE awesome if some of the merchandise was a little higher quality, because as of right now i wouldn't call the products of high quality, more like a passable quality... BUT all in the same I am VERY satisfied with the items I purchased...
Choxi has the best deals, great products and ships fast!
Although the products may have good prices, their customer service is terrible. On more than one occasion, when their order was received, the invoice would list the items sent and there would be a missing item. I would try to contact customer service,(good luck with that), to let them know an item missing. They would then tell you the item was sent because it was listed on the invoice. I then would explain that I did not receive it, and then again get the same answer. It would go back and forth to the point of exasperation and in the end, I never received a replacement and basically got ripped off. There have been many other encounters with their lack of customer service, however I there isn't enough space to write about it.
Items were delivered timely and all were just as described on the site. If I ever have a question Choxi is always there to answer it. The added VIP Member $10 off, specific group items and monthly promos Plus free shipping makes me coming back for more
I have bought several items from choki and have had no problems at all will site or shipping. I will continue to shop on the site and tell others
I purchased a mini camera and it did not work properly - the same day the I received it - I asked for a refund or another one and they said that I need to take a picture of what was wrong - I sent them the pic - and they did absolutely nothing - they told me I was stuck with the camera. If you buy something from them make sure that is something that you really want - because do not want to refund or exchange - I am not satisfied and not happy being stuck with a camera that I can not use

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
