My little package order shipped out 3 days after I placed my order, received my actual package 10 days later.
While I don't trust the discount prices - often 70 percent or more - I've had few problems with the many items I've ordered. The products arrive well packaged, although some orders take a few weeks to be delivered.
I love buying bed sheets from Choxi! I buy the microfiber and absolutely love them! I've bought jewelry, kitchen products & lots of other misc. Items. The shipping has become a little slower than it used to be, but I will still shop with them.

I'm very happy with the way Choxi responded to my defective product complaint and how it was handled. I will keep shopping with Choxi and recommending them to my family and friends.
What disappointed me was, the one item I gave a bad review on, or complained about, the iRola 7inch tablet with like 10 Stylus Pens and more, won't hold a charge and the power adapter falls right out. I understand that a refurbished tablet is somebody else's broken one, but I was hoping it would be better than nothing. My complaint with Choxi is, after giving a bad review, I didn't hear anything in return. Most companies try to make their customers happy somehow.
It wasn't what I expected since it didn't fit and I had to pay postage to send it back.
I wish they would change their policy and include postage paid return.
I have enjoyed the items I have received from Choxi. The time it takes to ship some items takes a long time. It also isn't clear who to contact in order to check on an order or report it "not delivered" and after how long!
Mission statement a lie. "We aim to under promise and over deliver 10-14 days. Customer service a joke."Will respond 24-48 hrs." Always after to speaking with agent. "72 hrs for escalation process" One month later no product! Free or $2 shipping hassle make u go into a retail store.
Product arrived in a timely manner and as described.
I have never had a bad experience with this company. The customer service is awesome and everything I have purchased from them is good quality and who could complain about the prices! Lol!:-)
The price and quality of boots was just what I was looking for. It was easy to order and timely delivery.
I had been looking for a Genuine Leather handbag for weeks... I found exactly what I had been looking for at Choxi... The quality is wonderful... the leather is soft and buttery, and it is very well made... It is the Perfect size with room for everything... and the Best part, it was at a truly Great price...

I've had recent experience with another mail-order company--WISH--that was a NIGHTMARE! Not only did they charge me for several I had put in my basket and NOT completed my order, but they also were responsible for fraud on my bank account! What an experience!

Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
