The keychain arrived after a month had passed and the included batteries were so old one was leaking and corroded. Does anyone check these products before they are shipped.
I ordered some Art Prints at an amazing price. They arrived within 2 weeks but I received and was charged for 1 that I did not order
It seems during the Christmas holidays and whenever birthdays and special gift-giving dates approach my first instinct to check the Choxi web portal has been decidedly the place to place to stop and shot. I have made a few purchases and with limited cash flow have found the items to be reliably appropriate, unique, affordable and durable. Therefore, I constantly peruse the site to see what may be new or interesting. The year just started and already I am stashing away gifts for friends for Christmas. And because the items are so affordable, I am now treating myself with every buy... one for them and one for me... VKP

Love the design and quality. I got an email saying it was delivered, when it was still on the truck. Actually delivered the next day.
My oxymeter is not as it looks.Its cheaply made and seems to not like some people. I also did not receive the case. I guess you get what you pay for.

From ordering until package delivery everything went smooth and fast.
We love Choxi. It is most of the time a very fast exchange, but then there are other times when we receive products that we ordered after placing an order before the first one! That said, the Customer Service is great about making sure that you are taken care of by the company that is providing the product.
Received email regarding satisfaction of item before I received the item. Some items take a long time to receive and no status is provided.
Bought the ring for my wife, Looks good, she likes it a lot. Stones are of good quality. Ordering is always easy and the price is right!
I didn't realize that shipping is ALWAYS charged on these $1, $2, and $5 special events. Seems like false advertising when $1 necessarily means $3, etc. I purposely waited until the part of the day that has free shipping. Indeed, above the checkout list was a highlighted box - free shipping. When the shipping cost remained after I placed the order, I tried via customer service e-mail and via contact on the website (because it was after hours for the phone) to either get the shipping removed or the order cancelled. It was not handled in a timely-enough manner to get the order cancelled, although the communication did tell me how to do that myself in the future.

A lot of the things I bought were fine while others, mostly shoes and boots, we're not. I feel the shoes and boots were cheaply made with no inner support what so ever. Very stiff and the "leather" was extremely stiff. The boots should be shipped with some sort of stuffing so that they are more readily able to stand upright and the fringe to lay flatter. All in all most everything else was good.
Answer: Stone fell out of my jewelry the first time I wore it. I will never order from this "cheater" company again!
Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
