I placed an order in Feb. But didn't receive it so I contacted Choxi customer service and they answered back right away and found out why I didn't get the order. And told me I would be getting a refund in 5-7 days. I am waiting to get the refund on my credit card. I was very pleased how everything was taken care of.
My Orion hair dryer arrived in a few days!. It was so much Cooler than I thought, polka dots, in a very nice reusable box, I love the look and it works great.
The smartwatches came a few days later, they were for my granddaughters B'day, for her and her friend to use... 1 worked immediately, the other was dead. Choxi had me return them both and I am waiting for the replacements. This was not choxi's fault, but they stood behind the product... Once I get the replacement, i will let them know if they work or not... I am satisfied at this point.
I ordered a few items and they came in a timely manner and were exactly as described. I will continue to order from Choxi.

You never know what the quality of the merchandise you order will be until you receive it. I wasn't thrilled with the item I had ordered but I have to say that placing the order with Choxi was very easy and I received my order in a very short period of time. So I have to say that I was satisfied with my purchase experience even though the item I ordered was not the quality that I had expected.
I made 3 different orders online with choxi and had an offer for each one to receive a year's subscription FREE. The choice was linited so I chose the Family Handyma magazine. I received a bill BEFORE I ever received a magazine so I contacted the Magazine company who directed me to choxi. And since I would not pay for it they cancelled the order. I contacted choxi by email and was given a code to enter and re-order the Free magazine but the code did not work. After a few more emails I was given a second code which also did not work. So I followed the directions given in the email to let them know the code does not work AND they responded that (see copy of their response next) "At this time the magazines available through the Choxi program are the ones available at the choxi.magazinebonus.com website. That list includes Allure, Entertainment Weekly, Glamour, Essence, InStyle, People StyleWatch, Vogue, This Old House and Wired. We do not have Family Handyman included in this program. Please let me know if you choose one of these titles. Thank you." So now I spent more time and energy for nothing! I am so frustrated because this has become quite a hassle and I don't get anywhere with it.

Ordered the princess cut aquamarine post earrings. They weren't a matching pair(1round 1 triangle). Not the 2 carat tw as stated. Since I spent $4. I got what I paid for

I sent several emails with my concerns regarding orders I paid for but not received. No one has responded to my emails as of today. I was told earlier that my irretrievably was not coming to me due to circumstances beyond their control and I would receive my refund. I was only refunded $29 out of a order that was $105. I have another order out there that has not been delivered either. Choxi was recommended to me last year and when an order wasn't delivered they researched it by verifying my order and shipped my product once it was verified it was not shipped to me. I have several orders that I am waiting on that should have been shipped together and for some reason not everything was shipped and I'm concerned my money was taken and I feel like I've been robbed.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
