I purchase various items from Choxi on a regular basis and have yet to experience a single difficulty.
I love this site because of all the random stuff it has for sale. Most of the time, after I purchase an item, it is delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time. There have been a few times after a purchase, that I have had to question why after 3 weeks or more, my item hasn't shipped. When this happens. Choxi is very apologetic and does whatever to make the place ship it ASAP. They also give a credit for inconvenience.
Great experience for the most part. Timely shipping on all but socks. The order was never even processed.
I cant understand how if i pay $2 shipping per item that I cannot be informed if my order will be late or that its out of stock.
Paying $2 shipping per item is a lot and for now on i will not order more than 5 things per order because that is $10. I have been ordering from other websites such as Walmarts, Amazon and get my full order of 10 or more items for $2 total in shipping cost or Free shipping.
Free shipping should be offered if someone is ordering more than 5 items per order.

Said they had my items available. I ordered 4 shirts and only 1 was the correct size. After a lengthy phone call with their customer service I sent 3 shirts back for exchange. Well they ended up refunding me because apparently they never had the shirts in my size to begin with. (Website STILL says they have them in stock. WTF Choxi?) Terrible experience. Be careful, many of the reviews on this site look faked.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
