I always seen to find that whatever I order takes almost a month before it gets shipped and I have to do the follow up to find out that I was forgotten about or the distributor no longer has it. Not good Choxi

After 41/2 years of specialists, physical therapy
And constant pain in my neck and back, I have found relief using the portable full body vibration machine ( using it for a week). Am hoping to relieve pain in my arms and hands and legs with continual use. All of this caused by a careless speeding driver on his cell phone. Other purchases have been super at cheap prices. Thank you, Choxi!
I need to return some things and toxic took care of it immediately. I also have no problem with all of the things that I buy they come quickly and are in great condition.
My first order with Choxi included two items, one I received within 14 days and the other reached 20 days and still had not arrived.
I contacted customer service and at least 3 people replied back to me almost immediately and over the next few days with follow up info.
My second item was no longer available and my money was refunded.
Order arrived on time and the product was on par with what I was expecting from the description. Good overall experience.
I'm missing items from my order. Nobody is following up. I keep reaching out. Should automatically refund for missing items unless on back order and then should be notified.

I didn't receive any notifications about shipping or delivery of my last order. I happened to come home and find the item sitting in front of my house.
Experience is quite good. I would like a phone number, but they like e-mail for communication. Variety of items for sale at reasonable prices if you consider tax and shipping fees... you have to do the math. It's always nice to be able to return something to an actual store without keeping the post office in revenue, but it's your choice. I've been very satisfied with their customer service. It's fun to shop at this site!
Everything that has been ordered has been good to excellent merchandise. Have not had to return anything, either for wrong or damaged items.
Don't like that purchases don't come all together, I don't like I get things I didn't order, don't like I don't get everything I ordered, don't like not getting my Money put back on My Card I get a Credit.
Very satisfied with the delivery and quality of my items. Returned a pair of shoes due to the wrong size having been shipped ~ customer service was quick and handled in an efficient manner that exceeded my expectations.

One order was completely amazing and rated a 5 star+. The second order was not so good. I had to check on it multiple times and finally had to talk with customer services in order to get it shipped out. On the plus side once I talked with customer services it was mailed out within in 48 hours! Customer services was extremely helpful and easy to work with on the situation.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
