It was such an amazing and happy journey with my subscription to Japan crate. I had a wonderful experience with them. Seeing my collections of the toys and plushies in my bedroom are such an awe. Its been 2 years I subscribe to them. Unfortunately, Í need to cancel my subscription as my room is already full and shipping money is tight. I'm drowning with the plushies. My bed is already full as well. Will be subscribing back again. Promise. Thank you Japan crate.

Just want to let you know that I'm so happy with my subscription. I ordered Inku and Doki on January 3rd. Both boxes are so lovely cute. The japan thingy stationeries are so lovely then to my surprised the Doki box came after a day I received my Inku. And so, the items are so lovely. Glad that I subscribed. Its a right decision actually. Love both my box.

I just got my box and whewww! It took some time but its worth the wait. Thank you so much :). And now i regret I didn't order 2 box. I really wish I ordered 2 box as my little brother almost finish all gummies. What left for me was the chips and chocos. Will definitely order back soon when shipping goes back to normal. Overall experience was 5 star.

I just tried ordering once and I am very much satisfied, they exceeded my expectations. I will definitely order more box soon. But right now, i need to save first so i can order again soon. Japan crate was terrific at anything. They have a very good product and professional customer support. They do give promotions as well. I love how they curate a themed box every month. I got excited when received my Christmas box. Its was heaven. Perfect snacks for the holiday season. It was absolutely fantastic. Thank you Japan crate. You made my Christmas special! Just want to share this. I'm a subscriber of Japan noodle box or the Umai box as what they call and I just got my order from them without any issues. I don't know why I'm seeing a lot of complaints. For me I'm a very satisfied customer from Dubai. I love the assorted ramens and instant noodles. Can't find this kind in my local supermarket and the side recipe was a fantastic. I'm totally amazed. Customer service was a bomb as well. They keep me updated with the tracking. I only emailed them once but they really keep me updated. Will order again after the holiday season as i know its quite busy nowadays. Highly recommended, you just need to be patience. Stress free! Thank you Japan Crate.

I'm super excited with my crate every month. Its been almost a year now since I subscribed to Japancrate. My first crate was the Premium then I changed it monthly like Umai, then Doki Doki, then to Gacha Gacha. I didn't try the Kira Kira and Inku crate yet. As I always go back to Premium. Candies and snacks are most favorite. Service was perfect. Good customer service. They always quickly reply to my inquiries. No issues yet with my subscriptions. Shipment always on time. Overall experience was very satisfied.

Such an adorable stuff inside my Inku crate. Really cute items. Good selections of product. I really wanted to try different crate after my 6 month Inku subscription. I have ask the customer support about changing my crate but honestly i don't want to missed any single crate from my Inku. So i'll change once my subscription ended. I Would love to try their Kira crate. Might be awesome as well. This stationeries brings back memories when im still at school. Thanks Japancrate. I love your products and great concept.

Legit customer for 2 years now. Best ever subscription of mine. Though my crates got delayed during April and May but still received it after a while. You just need to have a lot of patience. We need to understand that the pandemic really hits all companies with the shipping not only Japan crate. Local shops closes down as well. Still grateful Japan crate still managed to survive even its a small company. Shout out to their customer support. The service is absolute. Replied in every email you send to them. They do marvelous job. Thank you Japan crate.

I got the Doki Doki crates, and while being cute, the items they pick feel cheap and unsatisfying. Especially for the price that you have to pay for them. On top of that, they no longer offer free shipping so you have to pay a ridiculous amount for your box. As well, the boxes are frequently delayed and never on time. I had to wait 8 weeks for my July crate instead of 3-4, and I am currently waiting close to 6 weeks for my August crate that has yet to arrive.

Today, my subscription plan renewed for 6 months, and I tried to refund the subscription because of the absurd shipping costs. Of course the Japan Crate team did not give me a refund, and I am very disappointed and frustrated in the lack of empathy of the Japan Crate support team. I will never buy from them again.

If you are considering trying them however, first look at other cute kawaii crate options out there. There are MANY cheaper options that come with free shipping to any country! This business is such a rip-off.
