The consistency of software enhancements by the people at this company have been stellar. Today's v31.1.2 is the quickest to use in every respect.
When contacting the info desk with a question/concern, the response time has always been prompt and appreciated.
While I do very few online reviews, I've no hesitation in saying that the folks at jAlbum have made organizing and posting my images a pleasure.
I build small albums infrequently and I am not a power user. For me, the overall workflow is very smooth and quick. A key for me is the FTP capability. Support has been great. But I have gotten confused choosing image sizes and setting parameters and have had a few do-overs. I am not sure I take full advantage of jAlbum capabilities. I think it comes down to limited documentation and lack of good tutorials and Youtube videos. That is why I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

I have been a long time user of jAlbum on my own website where I use it to display the photos of my photography trips. It allows me to quickly incorporate my edited photos in an album form that ensures my repeat viewers are familiar with the format. I love it!

I am the president of a community band and have a large portfolio of videos of our concerts. I had an issue of the titles disappearing from the videos once the portfolio was generated. Within a day they were able to update the software and I was able to make a very handsome portfolio. They also helped me with a server to host my portfolio.

I have been using jAlbum for several years now. I process thousands of pictures for my hiking website. It gives me a level of control and customization that no other program offers. The frequent updates of the main programs and skins keeps everything fresh.

I had a problem updating to the latest install; after a few failed attempts on my part, I sent an email for assistance; although cautioned that it might take a few days to receive a reply, I got an email from Anders within a few hours. The instructions provided were right on point and I was able to successfully update to the latest version. Very much appreciate the quick customer service and am glad to have a paid license!

I've been a Jalbum user for many years. It keeps on getting better. My only complaint is that Jalb um albums seem to have a low priority for indexing by Google.

JAlbum has been great software for making photo albums. Easy to use and navigate and you can quiickly complete albums.
I wrote my website code by hand 20 years ago. I needed a website builder that would seamlessly fold into my existing hand written code.
Happy to hear that jAlbum integrates well with your existing web code. It's our intention to allow advanced users complete freedom to adjust the generated code.
I've been using jAlbum for quite a while, I can't say I use it every year, but I keep current, and when I do use it, I tend to do a big complex project and then leave it alone for some time...

When renewing you have the option to change the number of jalbum users but only to increase not decrease.
