I have used jAlbum for over 12 years as a tool to organize and display photos to share with friends and family. My largest photo collection contains almost 17,000 photos, and I have several smaller collections with probably another 2,000 or so images. Changes and additions are relatively quick, even with the largest collection. My experience has been mostly with the "Standard" license.

I recently made two albums. It went pretty smoothly with a little exploration and reading the help. I'm a webmaster and am having trouble finding how to put the complete code and files into my websites.

I use jAlbum as my way to build and share collections of my 50 years of photography.
(I used my slow but terrific Nikon slide scanner to high-res digitize mountains of slides and negatives!)

I used jAlbum to build my first website and it was very user friendly. I have also used it as a repository for photo projects that I have used on other sites. JAlbum has allowed me to catalog my photos and apply copyright notices. It continues to be a valuable tool for me.

Haven't updated my website in years, but have decided to add to it, and since it was originally done with jAlbum, I decided to purchase an updated version, so that I may update the website.

JAlbum met all my requirements and I bought it. The only complaint is lack of iPhone full screen mode with pinch to zoom.
Check out our Plain skin. It has a perfect mobile experience, including pinch zoom and tap to remove everything but the image.
(We're improving the mobile experience on our other skins as well right now...)

There is not enough technical support. I inherited this platform and cannot ever find easy guidance for basic changes to the platform.
This tool produces nice albums with little effort. The settings are intuitive and well laid out. The albums are professional looking and responsive.
