I bought a custom made dress and it didn't fit at all, the measurements were WAY off. I asked for a refund and they refused saying that the measurements were exactly as I had listed them, they weren't! I'm a tiny size 6-8 and this dress was big enough to fit a size 10-12. All they told me to do was resell it and buy another dress from them and I would give me a 15% discount. UNACCEPTABLE! I wasted $160 on a dress I couldn't wear to a very important movie awards night.

The material looks amazing, the lace is perfect and it looks exactly the same as in the picture. They had provided me this dress swiftly with great quality. It fits wonderfully on me. Their prices are amazing.The only issue is that since it's in the box it needs steaming but I'm sure it will look perfect after that. Bought this knowing it would come crammed in a box and wrinkled.If you don't have a steaming tool, throw it in the dryer on high heat with a very damp hand towel for 20 minutes, and remove immediately, shake the tulle down flat, place on a hanger, and fluff into desire shape. My experience has been a nightmare. I ordered two dresses and paid for custom fit. The gold dress came as advertised but the orange evening gown is completely ruined. It was not made custom fit at all. I gave the exact same measurements as the gold dress. It came looking like it was a size 26! I wear a US 16 or 18! I was told to take it to an alterations person and I did. I paid $112. For the alterations and it still does not fit properly because it is impossible to get the ribcage area to work with the jeweled bodice. I have now paid almost $300. ($184.98 for the dress and $112. For alterations) for a dress I still can not wear. The event I bought it for has passes and I had to wear a different dress. I will not shop with this company again. This is too bad as I had selected several others for future orders. Please let me know how I may be reimbursed in some way!

Do not buy from these people. They purposely make the dresses smaller (less fabric consumption). Their dresses do not fit. I bought a dress few weeks ago, I ordered a size 12, they made it 1.5 inches smaller than the measurements they list on their site. They asked me to send pictures of the measurements. When they saw the pictures and realized that it was their fault, they tried telling me that the dress was elastic. The dress is made of Satin and Chiffon. Does satin and Chiffon fabric stretch? These people are frauds. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT.

I received a dress that was my dream dress in no way the color that I ordered, it was not as pictured in bright road cone orange. The straps are not all the way sewn in, the back hook doesn't work and each side is a different size so itlines up with too different sides and the back V is completely off. Not to much so many snags and threads that shouldn't be there when they say they look over every dress, They don't look over each dress because it is made in china and they have no idea what they are really giving someone. The dress was way small for the size two. The dress is unwearable being that it won't stay hooked and is completely uneven with the straps falling off not being sewn in. SO i sent pictures as they asked for and they say the dress is fine. I have had the worst customer service and am out 180 dollars now, yet they want me to spend money to ship it back too. It is not re-sellable and even though I sew it would take more to fix it then to make it for myself at this point plus it is bright orange not coral. I am so upset I was so trusting and I never spend this kind of money on a dress. I have cheaper Macy's dresses that are much better quality and good service, but this was a dream dress of mine. I wouldn't take the chance with your money unless you have the money to possibly loose. You are taking too big of a chance with this company although i love some of their dresses I would find it elsewhere or find someone to make it if it is your dream dress. I think they are a rip off getting it all from china and having no idea what they are giving out and just taking your money and probably paying very little for the poor quality. You never know if this business is legit or not and I hope no one else gets out 180 bucks they really could use on something important

Another unhappy customer. I'm pretty sure this company doesn't have original designs but copies pictures. We ordered 2 dresses and the one was okay but the other looked nothing like the picture - lots of beading and bling that was not on the picture. The picture indicated a soft material but this dress turned out stiff. When I asked to return they said it was exactly like the picture and that I didn't have justification for a complaint. Wrong - I've looked and looked at the picture and because you don't have a chance to see up close it doesn't show up and they have room for explaining their goofs away. I don't recommend ordering from this company - the dresses are well made but you will be disappointed.
