I ordered a dress, for a wedding. Shame on me for not reading return policy. Kmart would have had a better made dress. As their return policy is $50 stocking fee, and return shipping cost about the same, (you are shipping back to Suzhou, China) my $150 dollar dress was a lesson learned. Fabric quality and sequins (what you find on Christmas ornaments) are less than reflected in photo. I sent email same day to request return information and was told I got what I requested. True enough. However, wish I was writing a review for great customer service. Then, I could have considered purchasing again. Sewing quality is fair about $1 store quality. I have sewn for 40 years so I am learned in this trade. I will suck up loss of money. BUT want to warn others, you dont get what you pay for. I am not saying dont use them. I am saying use caution and if its for a special event, then NO I say stay away.

I am so happy with the quality of product and service from IZIDRESSES. Contact the seller and give your measurements as they will ask for. Also check with the seller about the date you want to receive your dress. Sit and relax they will make sure you receive your beautiful dress for your special day on time.It's my exact height and the train on it is absolutely beautiful! I'm not disappointed one bit! My friends say that the dress looks good in me. I like the design and the beadings of the dress. Only thing is the pattern appears different in person, but it could be the screen resolution.If you are looking for a wedding dress with affordable price and good quality, you can try it.

The dress did not fit I had to pay a seamstress to completely alter the dress. I did not have time to return the dress to get it redone my son's wedding was 2 weeks from the delivery. It did not look anything like the picture I was disappointed but did not have time to get another dress. The color was not the same as the description it was just an upsetting experience and I felt embarrassed at the wedding. I had wanted to look my best.

Dress came weighed 200 pounds people laughed when they saw what they sent... I didn't look at reviews before I bought them. Whoever got a dress and said it was good I don't know how that would happen... they probably have people writing reviews that work for them... I stopped payment... and they call and harass you. I had number traced... they said send back will give money back. Liars... Be Aware!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Obviously an important purchase. The dress arrived within a reasonable period of time. Quality of the workmanship is terrible, with puckered seams, snags in the chiffon. They discourage returns by charging a $50.00 restocking fee, even for defective merchandise. I have been through several rounds with my seamstress trying to make corrections to this dress, including ordering more material from Izidresses at an outrageous price, and bottom line is, I won't be wearing it to my son's wedding. Their fashions are very pretty, they have a huge selection, and "the price is right," but don't let that suck you in. My seamstress related that in the spring of the year, she is inundated with prom, wedding and formal dresses from such sites because of the poor workmanship.

Izidresses is by far the worst on line company I have ever had the misfortune of coming into contact. I ordered a dress for my nephew's wedding over six weeks prior.
Of course the dress arrive after about nine weeks. Almost worse than that the dress was not anything a person could even wear out. Bad stitching, threads hanging all over the outside of the dress. The pleats in the top part of the dress were so pressed this way and that it was a disaster. So... I decided to return the dress. Oh no... If you want to return the dress to this company you only get half back and you pay the shipping. I knew that would take a year... so I took the dress to a consignment shop to just give it to them! Nope... they said it would be too
Embarrassing for their 2nd hand store. I had to agree. My fault though... If the cost of clothing is too good to be true than believe it... It's too good to be true. Stay away from this company. Really!
