I was very skeptical buying this dress, but I gave it a try anyways, and I don't regret it. The dress really exceeded my expectations. Very happy with this dress.The little bow has these little pretty gems in it and the ruffles at the bottom and pearls around the chest and waist area in the little flower designs are just stunning! The material is delightful, they shipped early and arrived promptly. Very well made good workmanship - fits very well. Thank you.

I HAD A REFUND FOR MY DRESS. I TOOK PICTURE OF THE DRESS. THEN I WROTE TO THEM TO LET THEM KNOW I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MY STATE IF I DON'T GET A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE DRESS.

The dress I ordered for my son's wedding came in with one seam on the right side and one seam on the left BACK. I HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL DRESS. They did not pay for the shipping fees I had to pay to return the dress because their policy says the customer has to pay. I'm not done yet with them. May be they are from CHINA BUT I AM FROM USA.

IF YOU DID NOT GET PAID FOR YOUR DEFECTIVE DRESS, DO WHAT I DID. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DRESS AND TELL THEM YOU WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF YOUR STATE. DO IT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT COST A PENNY TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF YOUR STATE.

I will NEVER purchase anything again from this company. Terrible refund policy, poor quality and it costs more to return the dress than its worth. They also ask you to LIE about the value when you return it so they dont have to pay tax. There should be some kind of consequence for doing business like this.

I would give negative stars if I could. The company has made excuses for EVERY fault and refused to refund our money. My friend and I ordered our Mother of the Bride (me) and Groom (her) dresses but received very expensive Halloween costumes instead. IZIED9474, has multiple faulty buttons, one which completely fell apart when I tried the dress on. This lead me to more closely inspect the dresses. The bow is backwards on one side as well as being tacked on in a way that you can see the stitching. One side seam has the edge of the fabric caught in it for several inches; the frayed edge shows on the outside of the dress.

IZIED*******, has a scissor hole in it. The attempted to hide it in a pleat; the pleat is uneven and lays unevenly in the attempt to hide the hole in the dress. The dress also has multiple places where the pleating in not aligned, uneven, and missing tacking to hold it in place.

In addition to all the faults, the dresses are incorrectly proportioned. We went by their measurement chart to order; we ordered the correct size according to our busts, wastes, and hips. The rib cage of the dresses are proportionally probably 2 sizes too small. They are uncomfortably tight over the rib cage. They fit fine in the bust, waste, and hips.
I contacted the company with the above info and attached photos of the multiple flaws.
Their response:
"Dear customer,

We are sorry for the mess. You can iron the cloth to make it to be flat and smoothy as the dress was folded in the back so its wrinkled. You mentioned that stitching appeared on one of the dress, we are sorry that as our workers they happened to forget to cut the clothes in it, you can remove it yourself. Please note that there is no scissor hole, its a joint for fixing the pleat. Its unobvious if you don't pull it out. As the material for the dress is chiffon, please don't pull the dress or the lace thread will slip out. The outer surface of the button might fell at somewhere you can find it and stick it with glue.
Your kind understanding will be much appreciated.

HORRIBLE company. The dress I ordered and the dress they shipped to me were two completely different items. Terribly put together, 4 sizes too small, mismatched fabrics, no beading or applique as advertised, pins left in where sewing was not completed, a random train was added, and... LORDY!... I could go on and on! They refuse to take it back or refund my money. Even the photos they sent me of their finished product (which they actually sent to show me what a wonderful job they had done) backed up everything I complained about. Their resolution? They told me to take it to a tailor and they'd give me a discount on my next order. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?

I have ordered my wedding dress in a size 12, Because this is the normal size that i used, After reveiwing there Measurments i notice based on what the website has will not fit me, based on my own measurements, I contacted the company 4days later, and they said they would look into it, Just received an emial today saying they cannot change to the size 16W but can only give me a 16, I am so concerned and nervous this will not fit me

I too was hesitant to order online. Don't be! The workmanship on this dress was excellent. I had a professional seamstress check it over and she said it was very well made. I love the black belt on the waist, it adds a lot charm and elegance to this white wedding dress, the price is good and the service is perfect, every thing is so wonderful! I'm giving the company NO STARS! This company is a scam. My mother bought a dress for her son's wedding for $150, got a $20 off coupon, and tried to use it thru the transaction, but the price was not discounted. She went thru it the whole way thinking the company would discount at the end but nothing.

When the dress came, there was a red message written by hand on the plastic bag that the $20 discount is taking off the taxes. WHAT TAXES?! There is no retail, no taxes. So that was the first scam.

Second, when my mom got the dress - size 2, the shoulder and armpit openings were too small... it's so tight she can't wear it.

I went on LiveChat to ask if they can send us a size 4 to compare, and they claim themselves as "highly responsible to their clients" but are doing NOTHING to help resolve the current issue.

There were no measurements on how the shoulders and armpit areas would be for the dresses, and they put the blame back on the customer to not have looked carefully. I'm highly upset with this company. You CANNOT trust this company for your important occasions: wedding, milestone celebrations, etc. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, or be prepared to spend the money, take the chance of having a few areas of your dress not fit, and they won't do anything about it.

If only I had looked here first! The mother of the bride dress came today. I am just sick. I thought there was a mistake. A $150.00 formal dress stuffed in a plastic bag, a mass of wrinkles, what they listed as beading is cheap plastic crystals glued on and the glue is showing, cheap looking fabric, cheap workmanship, cheap, cheap, cheap looking. My God why can these company's get away with this with so many bad reviews. I agree with one of the ladies, the reviews that are good even sound like they are faked by the company. I haven't even put the ugly thing on. Lets just say if I seen it hanging on a rack in a store I'd never look at it PLEASE BEWARE! Once you get it it's yours. If you send it back they charge big time plus the shipping to China AND YOUR STILL HAVING TO BUY A DRESS somewhere else.

These are bad people DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I saw a picture at the store of this dress. The very same picture they used. I did not realize that they were stealing from designers. They make you think it is the same dress. It is not. They make a bad copy. I needed this dress for my daughters wedding.It is made bad. I did order size a little smaller because I was losing weight. Only very little smaller, The dress is 8 inches from zipping, I got the size I always wear and what the real company shows on their charts. It is made wrong in the bust. The bust falls 6 inches above my bust line. The waist falls way high and it will never fit. Other smaller people can not fit in it either. It is deformed they will not take it back. They take 24 hours to answer emails. They ignore the fact it is made wrong in the top. Now I can not afford another dress. Have no dress for My daughters wedding. Bad dress bad people Rip off. I am going to get lawyer, This needs to stop any one wants to join me in stopping these people from hurting people like this?
