Unfortunately I ordered my dress before I found this site. I wish read the reviews here first, as I would never trust sites like this again!
Ordered the dress and received it in the mail in two weeks to find the dress was not the same advertised as on their website. The photos show a gorgeous lace wedding dress- what I got was yellow plastic sequence sew on, making it look super cheap and tacky.
When I go to email the company, the email address is not valid. Does anybody know how I can get in touch with them? Any help would be great.

If I could give them zero stars I probably would. Ordered a dress 5 sizes too small. The will not let me return it. Return policy is the WORST. They are unhelpful as well. I called to figure out what to do. They want me to send a picture of myself in the dress that is too small. WEIRD! No way will they get that from me. I would never ever in a million years order from them again! If they would just dedicate to having customer friendly policies (ie having quality costumer care, dresses that are the correct size, not cheap material) they might actually get return customers. Instead they leave person after person angry.

This is scam! I ordered a dress and the lace was torn! I sent them a picture and they weren't going to take it back! One customer rep. Admitted it was their fault and would let "someone" in the dept. that handles returns get back with me. Well... I waited and waited! I contacted them again, but this time they said it was not their fault that the lace was torn and they would not take it back. Once I emailed them a copy of the customer rep. Email admitting it was their fault, they told me ok send it back to them. I had to pay $54. For shipping, but I thought at least they would return most of the money I spent on the dress so it would be worth it... WRONG! I sent the dress back on almost 2 months ago and they say that they haven't received it! I tried emailing them yesterday and now my emails keep coming back as undeliverable! I bet they resale the dress I returned and I never see a refund! DO NOT let this happen to you! Go to a well known respected company to purchase your dress. You may pay more, but believe me it will be well worth it!

Run for the hills from this company! I am another review that will let you know their dresses are really bad rip-offs of real designer dresses - so their website is really misleading. You think you will receive the photo that you fall in love with, then you will receive a junky copy that is wrong fit and even totally different color than you ordered. I am astonished at the good reviews as I did not have same experience. Their return department will just tell you your new dress is a "noble color" so they want you to keep it. I did't order NOBLE. VERY BAD COMPANY.

Like the rest of you I ordered a dress from this company and hoped for the best. The dress came it was the wrong color and way too small. I contacted them via email and they told me it was the royal blue I ordered and to enjoy my beautiful dress. The emails went back and forth, back and forth until they told me to enjoy my beautiful dress or sell it on ebay. I filed a credit card dispute that day. Now they are hounding me by email and phone calls to cancel the dispute, keep the dress and they will refund my money. Since I don't believe them I'm going to keep the dispute going, I am sure I will win.

Stay away,. Stay away. Stay away.! I didn't do my homework ahead of time, ordered from them just off their website. Got professional measurements thinking no prob, cause I clicked on the color swatch I needed (for my daughter's wedding). Dress arrived on time, fit so so. Would have been willing to have it altered locally but it was in the completely wrong color! I thought it was a mistake (ordered it in burgundy, got it in bright red). So I emailed them and asked them to re do it express. To my shock, they wrote back that that WAS burgundy and to enjoy the dress. I went to my credit card company and disputed the charges and was fully refunded by the credit card company. Worthless dress company that's for sure!

First the good. The dress was delivered fast. Material was nice. BUT... this company taught me an important lesson. Read unbiased reviews first, not the company reviews which are ALL 5-STAR. READ return policy. I bought the mother of the bride #IZIED5022 dress. And it looks NOTHING like the picture. It was too small from the bust down and too big in the shoulders, even though I ordered according to THEIR measurement chart. The color wasnt even close to the color chart. Much darker. I was sooo disappointed and ended up buying another dress, which was very stressful not to mention expensive. The return policy is crap, (50% restocking fee plus S&H, 3 days to return, plus must contact them within 24 hrs) Please please read return policy. Never again. Nope.

Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. They take pictures from REAL stores and put them on there website and try to copy the dresses. I should of known better to order online but i loved the dress and the price was good. I got the dress and it was not what it looked like in the picture. The top portion of the dress was soooo stiff i could barely zip it up (and i used there size chart, as they said too) it made my top look so stiff. It had lace on the shoulders and when i got it, it looked like they didn't finish sewing it. Ive emailed them several times asking for a refund and they just kept saying they did nothing wrong and wouldn't give me one. So please do not order format his website, you will be very unhappy!

Every dress in my closest is a size 4 so I ordered a US size 4. What I got may have been a
Double zero. They responded by saying according to our chart/measurements your wrong we are right. Pretty much thats that. Im stuck with $150 dollar dress that goes now to Good Will

Stay away! I ordered a beautiful wedding dress. When I took it out of the box I cried for an hour because they had made a range of changes. The dress was hideous. When I emailed them they said "we made it more beautiful". I ordered a size ten - when I tried it on the breast area was huge - much larger than the measurements for a size ten dress, I could fit two apples in each breast area. The lace was poorly attached to the dress. Never order through Izidress. What a horrible experience. They will not provide a refund even if the quality is poor.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a dress, then read horrible reviews. I thought something was wrong because first it said payment didn't go through, then it did. When I spoke with customer service(via LiveChat), they used broken English and incomplete sentences. When I said that I wanted to cancel, they disconnected me. I looked at my Order status on Order Tracker, and it said "none". I asked them why, they said it was broken.? I kept asking them to cancel, and they would respond with "Why?" I feel as though they are scamming people. I contacted my cc company right away.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding and like many other women was really nervous about ordering it on-line. I loved the dress so much that I ordered it. When it came, the color didn't even look like the picture. It was brown and the lace on top looked like they tried to dye pink lace brown and then put it on top of a brown dress! It seriously has a pink tint. I was very very disappointed! I would not wear this dress anywhere! Now I'm out $175.00.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, it was cheap and didn't fit. I tried to find away to return it. They said I had to take pictures of my measurements and they would get back to me. I talked to someone today. They said I had to wait until the services people look at the pictures. I said all I want to do it return it. I don't like it and it doesn't fit. She basically said I had to wait until they figure out the problem. I said i didn't care about the problem, I just want to return it. She hung up on me!

The material was beautiful and soft, and the dress style was stunning.The beading on my neck is so shining and pretty. I received so many compliments! I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! It's comfortable and perfect for the summer! The zipper on the size was a little tough to zip on my own and it stuck slightly but nothing to worry about. I was nervous that it wouldn't fit right in the chest as I'm a bit bustier but it's stretchy and fit perfectly!

We purchased a mother of the bride gown for my mother. We received her dress and it was about 5 sizes too small, the zipper in the back was not centered, the bust was WAY uneven, and the hook closure at the top of the zipper was broken. They had me send pictures of us measuring it, and said the pictures were not 'clear enough' and that the tape measure was 'too tight'. They just didn't want to see it and will not own up to their mistakes!... so here we are stuck with a $180 piece of garbage dress that they will not take back. They said they hope I can resell it... worst company ever.

BE WARNED! WORST COMPANY EVER! The refund policy is basically FICTION. They completely stuffed up the size of my dress and refused to admit fault. They didn't help me at all, despite the rect that I did everything they asked and sent and the photos they requested. Instead they offered 5% off my next purchase... they are a joke. I will NEVER order their dresses again. HORRIBLE!
