Did you know that does not matter how bad you dress looks on you, you can never return your order?

I received the dress I supposedly ordered from Izidress and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The dress arrived in the wrong color so I am unable to wear it as the color is not the theme color for the function. I wear a size 6 but this dress, even though it state size 6, zipper could not go all the way up. There were threads hanging from the dress and it was not hemmed. Sequins were falling off that fell onto the dress during manufacture. The dress seemed like it was made by an 10th grade high school sewing class student. I am not very fussy but this dress will certainly not be worn by me but donated to a charity. I just reviewed comments on line about your company and will be adding mine. I wish I had seen them before I sent you my money.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the red dress that I ordered and received by DHL. I have tried to contact customer service and no would return my call, email, and the online chat was not monitored. I decided to push the number that ask if you need assistance in placing an order. When I push that option a person picked up the immediately, she told me to send an email and someone will response in 24 hours and she was unable to assist me b/c she only work in taking orders and there was no on that I could speak with on the phone. I told her I sent an email 3 days ago and no one respond. She asked for my email address and said let me see if I can find your email. She said no worries, I see your email and I will have a customer rep to respond to my email. A few hours later, I receive a response telling me they need pictures of the dress. I sent pictures of the dress as requested and here we are four days later, I am told the factory checked out the pictures and the dress is handmade so there is the thread you just need to cut them and it will not affect the appearance of the dress and please wash the dark black spot, also from the first picture it is difficult to see the material gathered the dress has no problem, and we made it just according to your chose, please keep the dress. Hope you understand.
I responded by to their email therefore I am waiting to see if customer service will contact me back. I would advise anyone not to order from a company that don't have an active customer service department and don't honor the customer satisfaction rule. I will not order form this company again.

They do not even deserve 1/2 of a star!

Do not buy anything from this company! We ordered what looked like a wonderful mother of the bride light blush, long dress and I am absolutely baffled at what came in the mail! My mom would like an Easter peep candy if she ever wore this dress! It is such a bright pink, the material and patterns do not even the same! It is absolutely not the same dress!

To make it worse, after calling them multiple times for a return, they ask you send a picture of the color... Oh I did! With a side by side of the dress we wanted and the dress she got, which clearly shows their mistake and that they are fraud!

Someone with really broken English wrote back and is claiming they are both pink so they won't give us our money back. If the picture looks blush pink that is the pink I want! You can't just send me a pink color in general!? WTF!

Do not order from this company. I will be calling my credit card and claiming fraud and I will also be posting this on every website I can find so others don't go through what we went through!

DON'T buy anything from this company customer service is the worst because of the bad English communication. They wouldn't refund my custom made wedding dress or even pay for the alterations needed to fix the problem it was to wide around bust by about 1.5 inches each side - see picture below) even though they had the exact measurements for it. Only offered a discount on my next order. Wish I had found these reviews before I ordered :( anything from these people

Please Never buy from this company ok. Its a nightmare. I ordered the dress the color was not what was sent to me. The dress was poorly constructed. They told me to custom make for it to fit i did so by paying additional amount of 25.00. The shipping is expensive. Apparently they are based in hong kong and yet when you call it says location is in Alberta Canada. Will never have purchased and paid so much money had I known will never have ordered. Very poor customer service they refuse to refund my money back. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I DID NOT LISTEN TO MY HUSBAND, LOOK INTO ALL THE REVIEWS AND FEED BACK ON LINE. I will not have been in this situation had I read into all the Negative reviews here.

The worst nightmare I ever had! The dress was sewn wrong, wrong size, stains, snags. Had to get a seamstress to testify to my compaint. Sent it back to China. Still have not received my money back. They keep calling me to drop the dispute I have against them with my bank. A true horror story! Don't go there! Stay away!. L. Lee

Everyone needs to get together and complain to their credit card companies. The dress that I received was cheaply made and resembled a Halloween costume. One sleeve was longer than the other and when I complained to the company they demanded a picture of me I. The dress. When they received the picture they insisted that the sleeves were the same length until I proved it to them by drawing a straight line across and explaining that the sleeves were indeed different lengths. After they acknowledged that the sleeves were different lengths they told me to take it to a sew shop, and offered to give me a discount on my next purchase. Needless to say I will not be making another purchase from this company. In fact I've contacted my bank and begin the process of reversing the payment made to Izidress.

I wish I'd seen this website before ordering the dress. It was like a cartoon of the dress in the picture - I would give everything but shipping no stars if I could. Also, according to their refund policy (be sure to read it all, wish I had) you can only get back 50% of your price - if you get anything at all. Also you only have 3 days to return it from the day it was dropped off - which in my case was on a Friday with a Monday holiday meaning I couldn't meet these requirements. I would also mention that the material was very cheap and had a bad smell. This isn't the only website offering these dresses - I've seen this same dress on almost all of them - the package came from China and my credit charge came through a London office which prompted my credit company to challenge it. So, my advice is buyer BEWARE.

DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress according to the dimensions that were provided on the website. When I received the dress, the bust size was at least 2 inches too small. I sent an email with attachment pictures of the measurements and they insisted that I measured incorrectly even though it was clear that my bust measurement was 1/2 inch less that the measurement listed on the website. They said to take the dress to a seamstress. Well, there isn't enough fabric to let the dress out. This company is an absolute scam! Also, the quality was very poor. The picture showed a light flowing chiffon dress and when I received it, it was lined with a cheap, stiff taffeta lining.

Do not order from this site! The dress that I received was too small, held together by strings on the shoulders, had gaudy plastic gemstones glued on, and was made with fabric that resembled a clown costume. When I tried to return it they demanded a picture of myself to prove that they made the wrong size. This is a foreign company and they will not let you return yor item. I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered, if so, I would never have ordered from them.

Disappointed Mother of the Groom

I don't even want to give it one star. My mother of the bride was totally wrong. My daughters wedding was ordered in cream and she recv white. I am having trouble with returns. I would not use this site again. The material is not what is shown in pictures and the colors are ugly.

I ordered a dress for my wedding and when I received the dress it's too small. It doesn't even close on hip area and top part felt like it would fit huge. I tried calling them. I was told I had to email them. I email them I'm told I can try to tailor the dress. How can I tailor a dress that's too small? They a fraud. They do not refund nor do exchanges... They took my money and now I have no dress either for my wedding. Who has money to give away? I'm a very sad customer. I will be making a report to the BBB.

Wow - wish I had found this review site before dealing with Izzidress. Ordered a dress that looked very pretty online - form fitting bodice, high waste, flowing t-length skirt... What I received is the ugliest dress I have ever seen! Didnt even bother trying it on - as I would not be caught dead in this. The bodice may be form fitting - but would probably be because it is lined with a very thick polyester - and it is padded to boot! (yay!- just what I wanted to make me look trim!) The skirt is form fitting underneath and a very flowing fabric over the top. All in all the dress is extremely heavy and has zero attractiveness to it. Gave one star because I had to - would prefer to give them negative stars.

This was the worst online experience I've had in all my years of purchasing online. This company is it willing to stand behind their product they sell. I received a dress that was spotted, the wrong color, poor sewn ribbon on the jacket and strings hanging from the seams. I attempted to negotiate an exchange and finally keyed in on a refund to be offered a $10 refund for a $170 purchase. Will not use this company again.

I placed a custom order and ordered two gowns. I did communicate with them verbally to make sure the dress was exactly as pictured. And I received them a week earlier than expected and the package was basically my gorgeous gowns turned inside out and rolled in a ball and wrapped in plastic! I freaked when I saw the ball shaped package was my gowns! But when opened, the workmanship is exceptional. There was boning when I hadn't expended this and the quality very good. They are simply gorgeous. The fit snug as one would expect.
One problem, which is actually huge... my gowns, both, are too short!
Yes! Too short. I have no idea why when making such beautiful items, they would cut them short, especially when I sent them measurements and the web site states they will be 2 inches longer than the hollow to floor measurements for heel height.
I expected them too long right - err on the side of caution. But not ever too short!
So, I am now anxiously awaiting response from them and my emails are bouncing back so I am nervous to say the least.
Nothing can be done to lengthen them. There is no hem to let out and the chiffon cannot be replaced because of the beading at the top. I think they just need to be redone completely and I have just 6 weeks before my event.
I spent the day in tears just looking at these gorgeous gowns which are ankle length rather than floor length. Sickened

I ordered the Sheath/Column Bateau Knee-length Lace Mother Of The Bride Dress with a satin bow on the left side of the waist. Item Code: #ED7770 As pictured it was off white/champagne - absolutely stunning!

Dress they shipped was orangey pink! The lace was what you would find on a cheap nightgown. Color and quality were not the only issues. The length was mid-thigh, on my 5'2" frame. (Photo showed mid knee length.) The waist was 4" too large. The sleeves were huge. I am 52 and 120 lbs. The dress looked like a cheap Halloween costume.

24-hour Phone Help line (*******307)is rarely answered. Also tried Live Chat and email to *******@izidress.com. Apparently the only English phrase they know is NO RETURNS - NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON. They demanded I send them a photo, so I did. They said it was exactly as ordered. They refused to provide a mailing address. DO NOT ORDER FROM IZIDRESS!
