I just purchased this dress. It is awful. Looks nothing like the picture. The quality is horrible. I cried when I got the dress. It is bad material, the measurements I gave were totally wrong, when I went back and read it said that measurements could be 3" going either way. That is AWFUL craftsmanship. Buyer Beware. Kockoffs that are so bad they will make you cry. And to make matters worse - the return policy is so ridiculous that it's not worth to return it with a 50% restocking fee and you have to ship it back to Singapore. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

Oh how I wish I had found this site sooner. A few things you need to know:
A) The dress pictured is not the dress you will get. They will make you something that is their interpretation of "similar".
B) It is unlikely that you will get the color you ordered. They pick whatever "shade" of the color they want and tell you that if it doesn't look like the color you ordered that is because there must be a problem with how the color showed on your computer screen
C) READ THE FREAKING FINE PRINT! Their return policy is horrendous! Basically the best you can hope for is a 50% refund... after paying to ship it back... to Singapore.
D) Read all of the reviews you can and check out the FB page Izidress Victims
Be aware that the minimum rating you can give here is one star. Otherwise, I am sure their rating would be much lower.
I will let the photos of my daughters dress speak for themselves. The response we got to our refund request was that the color difference was due to our computer screen and that the dress made was as pictured, and there will be no refund. Un- freaking- believable.

Terribly deceitful. I ordered to dresses that are about 3 sizes too small, but no sizes were on the dresses! When I contacted the company, the told me to send pictures of the tape measure ON MY BODY to make sure I measured myself correctly, and to measure the dress. They still didn't comment on why no size was on the dress. Please do not use this site to bye a dress for ANY occasion, nevertheless for an important one, like a wedding!

If I could leave a less than 1 star I would! The dress I received was so poorly made & then I don't know what measurements the crack head used to make it, but it fit everywhere until you got to the bust & it was 10 inches to small, 10 inches how does that happen, well maybe because it was also 18 inches too long!
When you try to return, they say, take to seamstress, have professionally measured, & send with pictures. We will contact our stare to see what happened. You can't freaking read a tape measure is what happened, idiot!
So I spent $150 on a dress I can't return & I can't wear, thank $#*!s.

I really wish I had read all these reviews before ordering and the refund policy. I ordered my wedding dress, as a size 10 and as seen by others complaints, the whole dress fits perfect except around my bust. It's at least 4 inches too short and have to see an seamstress Thursday. I'm praying there's something she can do. I'm fortunate enough to have a dress that was made in good quality and nearly exact as the picture. (the picture showed what looked more of a pin on the one side of hip, mine is more of just sequins) I purposely got measured before ordering this dress and ordered according to the site's size chart, and measuring the dress sizes it's self, is clearly made smaller where it doesn't fit. I won't be a fool to order a dress from here again.

I ordered a gown in regency (dark purple). The dress was ok. Some of the sequins were loose and fell off as I took dress out of box and again as I out dress on. I used custom sizing and the dress fit me well. Although I messed up the measurement for the hollow so the dress was too long even with my 3 1/2" high heels and 5'8" height. Nonetheless, I received quite a number of compliments on the dress. I'd like to order another dress but reluctant to do so given all the recent issues other consumers are facing. I've done online chat with Izi and they assure dress will be nice. Jury us still out on whether I will order another dress. Customer service for my first order was great. Order acknowledged quickly. Dress shipped quickly and delivered by DHL. Izi provided me with tracking number so I could track dress. Let me know what you think of my pics. The yellow dress pic is what IZI posted on their site. Note that regency (dark purple) may appear as blue when photographed.

I ordered my mother of the bride dress. It looks nothing like the picture. The stitching is does not line up and to top it off, I can't return it because their return policy is ridiculous. They are from CHINA! I should have read the reviews before I purchased it.

Don't do it. I ordered a size 16w it came back in what I think was a size 12. I called the 800 # and it was not a working #. I e-mailed and never heard back. In my package the was a piece of paper that has $20 on it. I paid $160. I was never able to get in contact with anyone. Because of this company I will never order something soo special online again

I do not even want to give this company 1 star as they don't deserve it. Most horrible experience I have ever had with ordering a dress. Dress was NOTHING like the picture they advertised and when I called customer service the woman sounded like she was sleeping. They refused to let me send the dress back and told me to give it to a friend. Now I have my bank involved and they are changing their tune. Never ever order from this company///

The dress that made it to my door was nothing like the one I ordered. The color, the fit, the material... All Wrong, Couldn't get a hold of anyone representing the "Company". The 800 # was a young Asian girl who told me "U haf to Write complaint on E Mail." Tried to send Email from the website and it wouldn't connect... Because its a fraud!
Any one who purchases a dress from here... Beware... You will be disappointed and you will loose your money. The return policy is illegal. No return address and no customer service to help you. You just got screwed! These dresses are copies of designer dresses made in a sweatshop in China. Every purchase is a victim.

This company had no intregerity... I ordered a dress, it was horrible. They have have a 3 day return policy... don't believe it! After days of emails back and forth asking over and over for an address to return it and they telling me "to sell it to someone " that if I were to return it "it will get lost" that the reason it was made like it was made was to look "sexy" when what I anted was comfort... after days and days of emails I finally disputed the charge with my Credit Card company and got satisfaction... they sent me a proper address to return it and it was returned... I will never refer anyone to them nor will I ever do business with them ever!

My dress was a disaster. It was very poorly made and totally unwearable. I even paid the extra $25 for custom made. It was a very expensive waste of money as it cost me almost $360. I feel embarrassed I was taken advantage of- there is nothing professional about the dressmaking on this rag. Don't be fooled by their photos on their site. I really believe this is a scam. DO NOT buy from these people- they certainly can't sew!

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on the internet. Then when I got, it looked like garbage. The beading looked like it was about to fall off and they did not used good material. It was horrible. They would not even let me return it! I spent almost $200 on that thing! They do not treat there customers fairly and in a good way. I DO NOT recommend this website if your looking to buy something worth wearing and in public. And if I went to fix it somewhere, I would have to pay even more money for that piece of junk!

Biggest disappoint ever the dress was NOTHING like the picture on the web site. I call customer service and no one answers, I emailed customer service and they refuseto take the dress back and they also refuse to send me information to return the dress back to get a refund... seen like this company is a fraud...

Do not buy from this Company! They have horrible customer service. We ordered a dress and when it came it wasn't even the size ordered. The zipper gets stuck and there reply was take it to the Taylor and have them put a zipper in.

I was nervous to buy my wedding dress off this site due to the many complaints, but for the price, I took the gamble, as $140 is amazingly cheap for a wedding dress and not too much to waste if it needs altering. I ordered what looked like a stunning dress with heaps of diamanté detail. What arrived is not really the same detail, but is kind of a knock off version. Having said that it looks great anyway. For one day no one will care if I have less diamantés. I found the service really timely and sure it's not the same dress as the picture, but it's a good enough copy. I recommend ordering but just be aware it won't be other same quality. What can you expect for $100? :)
