The Real-time diagnostic is a great feature that helps students to know their weakness; however, it can be stressful for students. In my opinion, students can grow faster to gain an excellent result, but I would suggest using Beestar. It is another learning website that provides reasonable problems and worksheets each week to help students to gain more experience on study to build a great foundation to challenge other high level exercises.

Ixl, well what can we say about it. Oh, its trash is one, and more and more and more
Teachers obviously haven't tried ixl, because they constantly assign it. The teachers are just to lazy to assign anything else that requires them to do effort. Also, it doesn't help believe it or not, because when you get one right in the 70's up, you get 1-4 points. Get one wrong, and you go down bout 10 points. You then have to do another 5 minutes of grind to get back to where you were. Im in 7th grade, and ixl makes me freaking depressed. I rage every afternoon when I get home from school. There is no limit of questions, there is no time limit, and the teachers could care less if I spent 2 hours or more on one ixl lesson, trying to get a better grade on it so I don't fail the class.

And I remember my class constantly asking my teacher if we could do something besides ixl, an he always says that he thinks that the punishing system of ixl is good. I hate him. I not only rage, and frick my chromebook, I also cry, and feel depressed, because every night I go to bed, knowing that I am gonna get more ixls the next day, and then I will have to do it all over again. What kind of teacher who gives a s*** about there students would use this app? Look at the reviews, the parent ones, and the student ones. 90% of them are 1 star. And yet teachers dont care. I hate ixl, I hate my homework, I hate studying, I would rather do anything else for homework than this crap. There is also no reward system in this crap education app. You get mastery over a skill, and you get a crappy achievement that you can do nothing with. When you get a question right, then you only get 1 point, knowing you just lost 10. And then you realize that your making zero progress. I would give nearly anything to get a hack for this website, or better yet, it going away. At this moment, 10 minutes ago I was doing ixl, and I am stuck at a 79 with a time spent on it of 2 hours and 30 minutes. I have to get a 100, and I ask the teacher for a time limit so I can stop at a certain point, but of course she says no. Damn this app. Damn it. I hate it so much, and its hell, and it makes me feel like a piece of $#*!.

NOTHING about this helped me. I fear this is stunting my education as a whole, and preventing me from getting any smarter. It brings me so much stress, confuses me so much. I enjoy that there is a ¨Learn with an example¨ button. But when you answer one question, even if you get it wrong, you can not click it again. Even my parents struggle with this. This must be some alien way of teaching kids. Why do teachers use this god awful site? That is an excellent question. Why? If you look at the reviews, the average is 1.6 stars. Yet despite this, every single god forsaken school I see uses this site. This has to be some buisness trick. This is dirty. I literally have to decide between by grades or my sanity. I choose my sanity. You should choose yours.

I feel like they should lower the points they take away because when I do IXL when I get a question wrong the points get down by 5 or more normally it would not be a problem but when I get another question wrong it increaes by two I mean it will take a long time. I am not saying its bad but it is really stressful and I think they should lower the points they take away when I get wrong if you do that I will probally change my opinion

I actually hate IXL so much that I would say my teacher, "Can we please get other programs other than IXL?" and she would say, "No". I personally believe that IXL is pure [CENSORED] and [CENSORED] because of its corrupted Smart Score system. Khan Academy and others are so much better than this piece of [CENSORED]. I wonder who made IXL for. Did they make it hell on purpose? Or are they stupid and don't know how to make a good learning program? [CENSORED] this piece of [CENSORED]. I just hope the teachers who don't assign IXL because it is a piece of [CENSORED] are the teachers who don't want to make school hell for them. I want to [CENSORED] this learning program because it makes kids cry and their moms get angry at the teacher for making their lives horrible and making people smash their computers over IXL's mind-controlling Smart Score. Please, please stay away from this program. It is a very bad thing for kids that are young. Some people commited suicide over IXL. I salute the people who don't use this piece of [CENSORED].

Ixl ishe WORST site. Ixl made me almost SMASH my laptop its a big waist of money, also theres a thing called smart score its sooo bad for example ur got 99 smartscore oops got one wrong, sorry ixl has to torture so we will put u down to 81 smartscore if u get one right you only get 2-3 smartscore it makes me lose confedince and feel negative but its to late if u kids get it because i tried telling my mom and my friends mom but they didnt believe me this is child abuse it made my friend cry buy ur kid a new bike not this rubbish it made me feel bad about my self its a waist of money i could do my homework and just relax ur only getting the to have a bad child if u didnt know i should stop writing because im supose to be doing my ixl
