It sucks when you are about done and you get it wrong you go back 10-20 points. Sometimes each one takes up to an hour. Don't buy it!

MY SON HAD INTERNAL BRAIN BLEED AFTER GETTING 2 PROBLEMS WRONG IN A ROW AND FOLLOWING THAT UP BY BASHING HIS HEAD IN!

The smart score system in infuriating, if you ara at a high level a singe question will know you down by about 20! Making you have to do atleast two extra problems and now the stress of having to do more work sets in and you make more mistakes! SCHOOLS.

My teacher is making me and my fellow classmates do 2 hours and 30 minutes of IXL each week for the rest of the entire year. It counts for over 40% of our overall grade. Every time I finish my IXL homework I am always in a worse mood than I was before. Its "smart score" is rigged and broken. No dark mode, either. Please just don't use this website, and especially avoid how my teacher uses it.

YOUR PROGRAM IS THE STUPIDEST THING EVER! I GET ONE WRONG AND IT SENDS ME BACK TO 60!? AND WHEN I GET ONE RIGHT I GET 2 POINTS! LIKE WHAT THE HECK?!? FIX YOUR DUMB APP OR BETTER DELETE IT!

Ixl is not the best. It makes you super stressed out if you do too much. I totally recommend Khan Academy instead.

This is worst then i-ready because it doesn't teach you! You will be board I promise you. If you're a a teacher i don't suggest to use this. There are much better sources and materials to use.

The point system is so rigged it makes me want to cry. Like seriously, "I got 2 points for a right question!" If you get one wrong it takes 15 points. It's pretty terrible, but it is still better than IReady. Unlike IReady, this doesn't have annoying lessons that take 30 minutes to complete. All in all, it's not all that terrible, but it sure is bad!

IXL gives you these horribly repetitive questions, mixed with impossible numbers that you will never use, and calls it a day. On multiple occasions, this 'learning' application has bumped me down 6 or 10 points, just for a minor mistake. The corrections whenever you get a question wrong never help, and they solely just show what you did wrong. Getting to a score of 90 is almost impossible in some cases, and I've spent up to an hour or two on lessons, just because IXL continued to pull me up by 2 and tear me down by 8. And when you're in the 'challenge zone', the point only goes up by one and it will take you down by ten, there is no in between. I have lost over 30 minutes of work, only because the questions fail to explain why I got them wrong! I have no idea why people think this is a good site to allow your students to learn on, it only causes stress, and it makes my head hurt. In most cases, concerning math, they will give you unusual numbers, which makes it hard to calculate the correct answer. And don't even get me started on the way they want you to execute things. To do an exponent, you cannot use this (^) symbol to signify as an exponent. You cannot use commas in most cases, it makes putting answers in extremely tedious. I do not recommend this site, please try to avoid this site/app.

Im 12 years old, this $#*! drives me to tears, when u miss $#*!ING 5 MOTHER $#*!ING QUESTIONS U LOSE LIKE 50 $#*!ING PERCENT, teachers say it alows us to test ourselfs, but testing is not supose to drive me to cry. Man, $#*! ixl

Hello! My name is Chloe i am 14 years old using ixl im in grade 9 to keep it short whenever you are using ixl half of your grade isnt even your grade for an example 7th grade has 8-9 grade in their work? And whenver you answer somethng wrong you lose half of your points, and you have to answer the same questions over and over. Half of the work isnt even teached in school? And its so tiring so any parent seeing this please dont use ixl its so bad and tiring! Have a good day.

The diagnostic is horrible it gets you nowhere at all but its good all in all its good for learning.

If I could give IXL negative stars, I would. IXL is for lazy teachers. It teaches kids nothing. You can't see how they got to their answer and they have to get paper out to work it out separately. The examples are often confusing. If you could print out a worksheet of the questions, it might be better. But this is a horrible platform. My son is in 8th grade and I have complained about this for 5 years now and it is no better. Causes undue stress and anxiety. My other son goes to a different school and they do worksheets and he loves math. This program should be banned.

You guys are a bad workers this is why people give you a review like this $#*! off and just delete ixl give people refund who bought it so $#*! off if you dont delete the system when you get it wrong the smart score goes down delete that. $#*! off!

I hate ixl. As a kid, i avoid doing ixl as little as possible. Not because i dont want to work, but ixl is rigged.
