C'MON PEOPLE! You're paying $10. Please tell me what more could you expect, the products are great in my opinion, and so far I do not have any complaints.
Of course you're not going to get full size items all the time but, be real $10 is not a lot for all the goodies you get each month!
Whenever I get my bag I feel like it's my birthday, I'm very excited and the products are fun and according to the season!
Great product, if you like make-up please try this bag out!
I have been cancelling with y'all since July and you still take money out every money even though I told you not to... Out of 4 months I have only got 1 package but yall got 40.00... STOP TAKING MONEY FROM ME... Everyone that is reading this they are, only out for the money because they take it but won't refund it.
I am the kind of person who is really pleased with most products. But with ipsy I am extremely dissatisfied with their products. I was initially very excited to try out ipsy with all their sample products. The theory behind it is awesome, but all the products that I received were in some shape or form EXPIRED. I was really upset when I gave one of the bags to my mom as a gift, and she complained that when she was about to put on the sunscreen, it oil squirted out of the tube. And this has happened to all my little sample lotions, to the point I didnt trust any of the product and I cancelled by subscription. Needless to mention that although they said that my subscription was canceled I continued to get charged and received products for another 2 months, until it was finally cancelled. Apparently I clicked on the website and that had reactivated my subscription. All I have to say is, it is not worth it unless you are a beauty Guru and wants to talk about them on youtube.
I signed up for this bag, but I was not impressed with the products so I cancelled my account before the second month. I received a confirmation that my account was successfully cancelled, but they charged me again the next month! So I had Customer Service cancel the account. Again, I received confirmation that the account was closed and I would not be charged. This process keeps repeating! This is month number 5 of UNAUTHORIZED charges! Taking the complaint to the BBB since apparently IPSY won't honor its own cancellations
I have been a loyal subscriber to Birchbox, until I found ipsy. I found that Birchbox sends me the same brands over and over, how many bottles of dry shampoo does one person need?
IPSY is a dream! I get a mini makeover every month! All the colors sent are fun, and useful. THEY ALL COME IN A MAKE UP BAG! The bags are have been fun,, bright, sophisticated or beachy. All are sturdy and a welcome pop of color in my purse. Best part, I can put the entire IPSY collection for that month away inside it, and done! TRY IPSY! You will have fun with it!
P.s. I did not "wait" on a list. I called customer service to inquire about the service, I received my first bag a couple of weeks later.
I am so excited to get my ipsy glam bag every month I literally wait for it. Some months are better than others but always worth the $10 per month!
I signed up for an Ipsy subscription and then moved so had an address change partway through. They started charging me twice for each of my bags. Despite numerous emails (they don't have a phone) I never received a refund.
In the quiz I clearly states that my skin was a dark color. I am a black women but Ipsy constantly sends me skin products for white or light skinned women. The hair products are also never for women of color they are only for white women. Ipsy is a fantastic lovely little surprise every month but I really am tired of receiving all of the wrong skin and hair products. The communicaton with Ipsy is also flaws because whenever I review my items or write about Ipsy ignores it.
I have been getting it a while, but the personalization is awful. Let's say, out of 10 bags, I only got stuff I really liked in 4. I give everything else away to friends. They never get my colors right. Always send me the same stuff or stuff I'll never use. Unsubscribed today. Just not worth it anymore.
First bag was awesome, 5 most full size products, which I like, and I just found am awesome new nail polish, and it's awesome and chemical free,, can't wait for my Sept bag
DO not go there with this company! If I could give a zero I would. Simply because they charged me $110 and I didn't authorize it. A year after my first purchase, they automatically renewed. I haven't heard a single word from them in one year and then I see my credit card has a charge on it for $110. I had bought this as a gift for my mom for one year. She told me she didn't like it several months ago but ipsy is so hard to contact that I tried to reach them but couldn't. Even now I'm disputing the charge through my bank because ipsy doesn't have a phone number lol what a joke of a company!
I recently got my IPSY products and found that the products are containing CARCINOGENS LIKE PARABENS. There is now known connection with this and BREAST CANCER.
When I first signed up, I was waitlisted and didn't post on social media, so it took about 6 weeks before they deducted my first $10 from my bank acct and I received my first bag within 14 days after that.
I have had a few bummer samples here and there, but every bag of samples I've received has been more than worth the $10 I paid. The bags they send their samples in are adorable, too! This month I received a Jessie's Girl eyeshadow primer that I've been wanting to try (it's great!), a Briogeo hair volumizer, a Douccee eyeliner (this was the bummer of the month: my current brand lasts longer), a Trust Fund full size nail polish in a great color, and a Hikari lip gloss. It's like a birthday gift every month! I'm a pleased subscriber!
I was very excited to receive my ipsy bag... But the Trust Fund Beauty nail polish arrived shattered. Everything in my bag was covered in purple nail polish and when I opened my bag... Nail polish covered my shirt and leggings. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to use the product and that my outfit was ruined.
I usually don't leave feedback or write reviews if I like the product! In this case I liked the products but I have no idea how they obteined my card information. Here is what happened, the card I was using got stolen and my bank cancelled it, so I decided not to update my card info because I really wasn't dying for their products. So the beginning of this month they tried to charge me and obviously they coudn't, so after almost 2 weeks I received the email that my bag is on its way. Why? And how the $#*! they got my card info, if I didn't updated my card info is because clearly I don't want their products.
Because of a glitch in ipsy's cancellation process, I was forced to pay for one more subscription on my account. Along with the fact that I received a damaged product twice from this company, I will not subscribe to them again. I will be logging my complaint with the BBB!
Liked everything but the pink lipstick. Don't wear pinks or red colors. Sorry, everything else was great really liked the bag.
I have a question... I signed up for ipsy yesterday and it says I will get the August glam bag... When will it come and what will i get?

Answer: OK well it depends where you live because here in Canada it is $20ish dollars but if you live in the U.S. A then ya it's worth it. The products are really high quality and I havent had any bad products yet. But for me to live in Canada and pay almost $20 dollars, it's kind of pricey. So it really depends on you, where you live and your preferences. Hope this helped

Answer: I don't want to use glam bag anymore can y'all please cancel it for me please. Thanks
Answer: Rosi, I have been a subscriber for several months. They send samples of many different brands but not Lime Crime. Here are some of the brands: City Color, trestique, NYX, Luxie brushes, Pacifica, star looks, Bella Pierre, Dermelect, be a bombshell, dls, hey honey, Marc Anthony, Eva nyc, MOR hand creme, Clarks botanicals, Avance, epice, belif creme, REN creme, and peek, and Trust Fund. During the ten months I have been a subscriber, I have only received a handful of high end makeup samples: the Balm, tarte, and smashbox. Some people love ipsy, but my experience has shown me that a lot of times they send me products that I don't like or ones that don't match my "beauty profile". So I will probably cancel soon. The products are not counterfeit, though. If I were you, I would not subscribe to ipsy. Hope that helps! -Heather
