I only had one issue. Customer service took forever giving me a response to my emails. I love the watches and plan on getting more real soon. Just hope that this covid 19 stuff is out the way. My package took almost a month to get here. I paid for the express overnight shipping. I had to actually call customer service to find out why. No emails returned. No a good look but I did understand situation.

One dollar less than free shipping. So, pay $12 for cheapest shipping or buy more.
I am very satisfied with my order however the order took almost a month to get to me, not to mention there were no updates of when it was shipped or anything. One day I heard a knock at my door and it was my package without any notice.
It's okay, priced well below other online retailers even with state tax and shipping and handling fee twice what others charge. I ordered on July 1 and the watch was delivered today, July 13. Slower than usual delivery, but, probably due to the ongoing pandemic problems. Plus, there was some kind of mixup at a Fedex site. But, it's all good. I've got the watch and it looks great. Thanks.
I love the detailed craftsmanship of invicta watches.
I ordered the wrong size watch. I wanted a 40mm and accidently ordered a larger size. I received the watch and called customer service. I waited 1.5 hours on hold and finally gave up. I went on line and requested a return request form which I received.
I re-bought the watch I wanted in the 40mm size but have yet to hear back from Invicta as to whether or not they are giving me a credit on the watch I returned, of course after they take 20% of my money for a restocking fee for a simple mistake. I want to be reimbursed rather than a credit as well. We'll se what happens. I have bought at least 5 watches from Invicta.

Buying the product on-line was very good, 6/13/2020, but the watch I received, 6/19/2020, had to shop around for an open watchmaker to size the watch. However, the watch stopped working after 3 days of use, waited almost 1 hour to speak to customer rep, he was very courteous and professional. Sent it back on 7/13/2020, be waiting for a refund. ( I have 4 Invicta watches, they all still working and they are great, the last one did not match my expectations)
