I saw on TV a shop in North Carolina that had been ransacked because of the current protests. I wanted to help that particular store. Little did I know that Invicta was a national chain.- That was my mistake. I ordered two items, one was a watch which was to be gift. I anticipated that the items would not arrive in time for the birthday. However, despite paying for expedited shipping, the lesser-priced item, the speaker came within a few days. I was concerned about the more expensive watch. I tried telephoning- the wait time was extensive. I also emailed. After about 5 days, I received a response and after about 10 days - 2 weeks after receiving the response, the watch finally arrived.

It is the worst customer service experience ever! I have bought a watch a year for 8 years and after this... beautiful watch arrived 7 days late and damaged. It took 5 days to get a human on the phone...watch is out of stock...on the promised transfer to supervisor...was transferred to her voicemail...20 days later, still no callback. So I got my husband a late damaged father's day gift he still can't wear.
This order did not arrive by Father's Day as advertised. It actually arrived an entire week later although I ordered the items well in advance of the holiday. The watches were nice and we are pleased with the gifts.
