I have bought over 30 watches from Invicta and have been very happy with every purchase especially my Rose Gold Invicta Gladiator. My only issue is the amount of time it takes for shipping, in some cases it has taken almost a month.
I have bought lots of Invicta watches from different vendors. When I visited the actual Invicta site there was so much more to look and choose from and when I found one I wanted to purchase, Invicta excepted my Amazon card for payment. Thanks for your quality products at a very reasonable price. I currently own 50 Invicta watches in my display.
The package made it to my home safely no damage On time and just as it was represented in the picture on the website it looked even better in person

I ordered the watch and then waited a month for it to arrive. The watch was advertized as in stock and ready to ship. I tried contacting customer service many times to find out why it never arrived at my home with negative results. Beautiful watch but really poor customer service.
It took the first one some time to arrive but when it did i was amazed at the quality so much i ordered another model and that one did not let me down either.
Invicta dont provida an on time tracking number, The Carrier takes an eternity to delivery amd when they do, they do wrong
I did receive my Invicta venom 53.7 mm. It is beautiful and it was well worth the weight. This is my 13th and Victor watch purchase and it will not be the last.

I absolutely love Invicta! The watch i ordered was shipped/delivered in an orderly fashion & i was totally pleased bcuz it was given to a church member as a "just because" gift that he loves. I will always only buy/wear Invicta! I have about (12) of my own & love each & everyone of them for their uniqueness, as well as the quality. It's even better to find them@ a great price... I always do. Thanks Invicta 💯💝💥
Product is excellent but customer service is terrible
I want to buy again the same product but the price increase.
I placed an order with Invicta and waited for nearly three months but never received my watch, so I finally had to cancel the order to get my money back. Every time I called or sent an email, it took an extremely long time to get any response, and when someone did reply, the answers were slow, vague, and not helpful. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when the company has already taken payment and cannot give clear information or a realistic timeline. Because of the long delays, poor communication, and lack of urgency to resolve the issue, I will not be ordering from Invicta again and would caution others to be very careful before placing an order.
I have ordered watches twice and each time the products were excellent and service and delivery was outstanding
I did receive this watch; it looks great with another Invicta watch that I have, and I switched out the band color to my darker band, not it's perfect.
Takes weeks for orders to arrive, then after over a month of waiting part of the order is refunded
