After ordering a Pro Diver's Model ******* from the online Invicta Store website (www.invictastores.com) on Thursday 01 May 2025, and paying for expedited shipping, (2-day FedEX) I have yet to receive my purchased product.
The only information that I can receive is that a "Label was created" for FedEx and (supposedly) the order left their facility on the same date. When I contacted FedEx about the delivery, they referred me BACK to Invicta and Invicta referred me BACK to FedEx, in short, no one can tell me anything about my purchase, where it is, what i's status is, nothing... All I can be 100% sure of at this moment is they wasted no time charging my credit card for the watch and the expedited shipping. Never in my 59 years have I ever seen such a wonderful advertisement for Amazon, Bulova and the United States Postal Service than dealing with the Invicta Store and FedEx. What a joke... Lesson Learned... Amazon, Bulova and the USPS from now on. Invicta - NEVER AGAIN!
