My experience with Invicta has always been a very excellent experience. Invicta watches are my main watches to wear. The watches are well made and the quality is out of this world. Excellent watches at excellent prices.

Several years ago I purchased product from Invicta. Most of them have stopped working. Parts fall off. The silicone straps are the most lowest quality item you could ever purchase. I had one go bad shortly after warranty and they wanted to sell me a new silicone strap for 75% of the price of the watch!. Stay away I see most of their stores are closing. And now they want to blow my email up every day!. Speaks volumes

Ordered over 50 times with INVICTA STORES and my recent order was missing half of the watches. 5 watches were missing. Nothing wrong with the box. It was sealed. I sent pics with everything including the box the label the watches that were included, the packaging slip showing what should have been in the box. All they did is open a UPS claim. UPS called me and denied the claim because it obviously had nothing to do with UPS. I called them back to see what the next steps were and MARISELA in customer service tells me there is nothing they can do UPS denied the claim. They are basically calling me a liar. Here is the last email repy I received from them
'Dear Customer,
We are reaching out to you regarding the claim we filed on your behalf for tracking 1ZY2xxxxxxxxxx. The carrier has concluded its investigation, and unfortunately, your claim was denied.
At this time, we will not be able to further assist. If you like you may contact your bank and advise of the non-receipt of your package.
Our apologies for any inconvenience.

SO DISAPPOINTING! AFTER YEARS OF PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM. THIS IS HOW THEY HANDLE THEIR MISTAKE. BUYERS BEWARE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER IT IS ON YOU! GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE TO ORDER FROM THEM.

Invicta Stores online is a business designed to lie and cheat foreign customers, shipping watches without testing it, bad and inadequate packaging, when received faulty tried calling them for help they just don't help. Their manager is out of touch, unhelpful. Beware of spending money buy the same product from a repuatbel businesses.

I ordered a watch and paid for expedited shipping so I would have it for an upcoming trip. Followed up numerous times with very poor customer service to get a status. Was told it was processing. It was never shipped. 2 weeks later, they stated it was out of stock and partially refunded me. Still fighting on getting a full refund. Horrible horrible customer service.

I PURCHASED A WATCH FROM THIS COMPANY AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY DAUGHTER. PRESENTED IT ON CHRISTMAS AND IT DID NOT WORK. ASKED TO RETURN I HAD TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING FOR A DEFECTIVE WATCH AND ON TOP OF THAT HAD TO PAY A 40% RESTOCKING FEE. I ONLY RECEIVED A 1/4 OF WHAT I PAID FOR THIS WATCH! I PURCHASED ANOTHER WATCH FROM THEM FOR MY DAUGHTER BEFORE THEY HiT ME WITH ALL THESE FEES. PLUS I SPENT OVER $1000 IN WATCHES FROM THIS COMPANY IN 2023 ALONE! I WILL NEVER PURCHASED ANOTHER WATCH FROM THEM AGAIN! BEWARE!

Invicta has such a cool series of watches. Their collaboration with Marvel or Disney have created some of the coolest watch designs I have ever seen.
