In my experience with this store, my order did not ship within the 3-5 day shipping as mentioned in their disclaimer. So yes at this point I started to wonder if I've been scammed. I called customer service and they stated that I will be receiving a tracking order# 2days ago,and it's been 12 days since I've placed my order and still nothing.

Always do a great job and love the quality. I buy frequently and purchase many watches for gifts during the holidays.

I purchased 3 watches dec 5th and have only received 1 out of the 3, also paid extra for 2 day shipping which is pretty irrelevant now that the 2 watches I bought are past the 7 business day mark. No email or anything to notify me that I there's a delay in processing my order. Also when calling customer service, they were not sure exactly when the other 2 watches would be shipped which makes me even more regretful of buying from this company vs somewhere else… disappointed to say the least

Got my watch, works fine so far, very happy with my purchase, I'm hopeing this watch is better than an electric watch I bought,

I like Invicta watches and for a while I haven't had one so thanks for making the. "big"watches" it's the style and durability that I really need

Love the timepieces! I ordered a watch online. After checkout I continued browsing. I found a similar watch at a better price. I could not cancel the first order online so I called customer service. She told me I could not cancel the order I had just placed 20 minutes ago because the shipping label had already been created. Once I returned the watch of $295. Invicta charged me $57 for returning it. I would never purchase from their site again!

Is so pretty and wearable, I simple love it! And recommend it to everybody. The best use it even in or out the pool or the beach Is fantastic.

After receiving my delivery the watch was actually nicer than the picture that you see when you first see before making the purchase. This was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved it!

I purchased an Invicta watch based off of the look. It matched everything I was looking for and the price was quite a bit lower than other watches I was looking at. I decided to purchase the watch which I then found out can't keep time and just randomly stops. I asked about getting it repaired and was told I need to mail it in to have it looked at. There is no way I'm paying another $50 in shipping charges to have them look at a watch that is less than a week old to me.

This online company is fraudulent, for overseas customers they charge taxes and they never pay these taxes they collected to the designated countries, they also charge high shipping fees and never deliver on time using the cheap and nasty couriers. They don't respond to emails, they don't share their names when responding to emails. Don't ever be this company's VICTIM... FRAUDULENT COMPANY LIARS AND DECEIVERS. I filed for a charge back with my financial institution. I hope and pray that their business is ruined.

Great product for the price, will definitely be buying again from them in the future when I need more!

Buyer beware i purchased a invicta pro diver watch with Two bands breaking. Both bands were original INVICTA bands. I called customer service and got nowhere regarding service or a solution. This is in my experience a poor design for this watch. I will never purchase another time piece from this company again.
